The casita consists of one main room with a bedroom and a bathroom off it..In the sitting room there is a bed settee, with a TV which is connected to a sattelite which picks up English, French, German and Spanish TV channnels. There is also WIFI. The main feature is the outside space. There are 2 terraces, one on the roof, from where you have great views of the mountains, and a larger one by the pool great for al fresco dining. The casita nestles amongst orange and lemon groves.It is secluded and very tranquil. with a large private pool 7x4m.

We have been before in 2014 and found it to be a most relaxing place surrounded by orange and lemon trees, a lovely pool and secluded gardens. The outside patio is the best as its offers stunning views for the Tramantara mountains. Juana and Andres are lovely and very attentive of your needs and they come to tend the garden and water it and keep it in good shape, they are very friendly owners! The property is clean, well maintained and basic and caters for all you needs for a holiday that is spent almost 18hours a day outside in their beautiful garden. It is in easy walking distance to Soller centre and a 3K walk to Port de Soller along a lovely quiet road and stone path. I would certainly recommend it to friends and will be sure to return again soon. Thank you Jauna and Andres, Eleanor

Nearest Airport : Palma Airport is approx 30mins drive. at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Nearby is a bar and a restaurant. at 300 Metres Nearest Ferry : The port you can find boats to go to the calobra at 4 Kilometres Nearest Golf : In Palm can find golf courses at 30 Kilometres Nearest Train : The train station is a 15 minute leisurely walk at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : In the center there are many restaurants at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : The beach is a ten minute driveIf at 4 Kilometres

Sóller is a very nice area, has many possibilities. Hikers can hike up the mountain.

The airport is a 30 minute drive along a good road

 The house is well served by buses stop 5 minutes and the train station 15 minutes with the tram next to you on the port of Sóller with extraordinary journey.

The house found her wrapped fruit trees from which you can enjoy the typical orange soller, being surrounded by trees you can enjoy a great privacy with no neighbors around

Purchases:

You can find a large supermarket 5 minutes walk where you can find all kinds of food, drinks and grooming utensils

The center which is about 15 minutes walk different shops, bars, restaurants and banks.

Places of interest.

In soller we can find a tram and train a century old, its beautiful church and typical stone houses.

The peoples who in vueltan as fornalutx deia and binaraix are some nice places to get lost and enjoy its charm for a few hours

The beach:

May find 5 minutes by car or taking the tram with a stop next you find easily
