Villa in Cabo Roig, Costa Blanca, Spain - Peaceful Residential Location close to the Beach and local bars, 10 min walk to nightlife

The villa is situated on a quiet street, 2 minutes walk away from the nearest beach with its marina, water sports and beachbar,and a 10 minute walk away from "The Strip" offering shops, bars, restaurants and banks. There is also a pretty marina close by where further bars and restaurants can be found. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms all with air-con, 3 of which are en-suite and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a full size private pool for clients use only and a BBQ area.

About Sue

A private family owned villa on the Cabo Roig Peninsula and also a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment on Las Ramblas golf course in nearby Campoamor.

We strive to give you the holiday experience you are looking for be it a family, group or golfing holiday.

What makes this villa unique

Within easy walking distance to the local supermarket, beautiful blue flag beach and the "strip" with its bustling bars and restaurants, there is no need for car hire when renting this villa. Coupled with the fact that this villa has its own full sized Private pool with sun terraces and Bbq area there really is no need to travel too far if you dont want to, however taxi's and the local buses, available from the strip can take you further afield if you want to explore the Oriuella coast..

We had a fantastic time, the weather couldn't have been better. The location was ideal just a short walk to several beaches and the restaurants.

The villa was just what we needed, plenty of space for all of the families and excellent facilities. Great location as well – lovely to be so close to the beach.

Anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday this is the ideal location. The nightlife was brilliant, but is just the right distance away to get to sleep on a night! Overall, 5 star holiday, we would definitely go again!

We we very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the fact that it was in a quiet residential area but at the same time close to all of the amenities. We found the villa to be both comfortable and spacious and the outdoor area and pool were excellent.

Outside: The villa stands in enclosed gardens and has a private pool, 3 metres by 9 metres and a BBQ. The roof top solarium can be accessed from inside and outside the villa. high chairs and travel cots can be provided on request Cleaning / Towels / Linen / : 150 euro's is payable to our housekeeping team on arrival to cover departure clean and laundry.All Towels and linen are included with the exception of cot bedding and beach towels. The property is cleaned and linen changed on departure. Other: the property has a large roof terrace accessed by an outside staircase or internally via bedroom 1. sun longers and outside furniture are provided around the pool and BBQ area . The outside gates are lockable for your security

Fantastic villa!!

We spent 11 nights in this fabulous villa!! Very spacious and clean and Claire the housekeeper was very attentive to all our needs. The outdoors has plenty of seating areas and pool is fabulous and cleaned on a regular basis!! Beach and supermarket 5 minutes away.....very impressed!!

Great position

I stayed at the villa in August with my children. They loved the pool. The villa has plenty of sun and shade if you need it outside and plenty of chairs, sun loungers and a bbq.

It is really well positioned only five minute walk to the beach, which is great when carrying all the beach stuff and a small supermarket just around the corner which sells most things you will need including a cafe. The pool is maintained very well.

We had a fantastic week.

We had a wonderful family holiday. The villa is a few minutes from the beach where we spent an evening in the bar and the children could play on the beach. It is a little walk from the strip but the 3 children managed it fine. The supermarket is a couple of minutes walk up the road. The villa has everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher and air con which was a must with a 3 month old baby.

Stunning location close to beach and supermarket and a short walk to the strip.

We went as a party of 12 6 adults and 6 kids. We were worried that we would feel a bit crammed but the villa was very spacious and suited us all. The pool was a great size villa had everything we needed enough out door seating which was brilliant as the weather was so nice. The patio has parts in the shade which was also a bonus. 3 minute walk to one beach 9 minutes to another. 2 minutes to supermarket which had everything we needed. We used the bbq couple of times the burgers from the supermarket counter are beautiful.. Stunning views from the terrace. A very pleasant 10 days. Will most definitely return. Thank you.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. Property had not been cleaned properly i.e. WC's and sinks had been given a quick wipe but nothing else was clean including the bedding. The kitchen was infested with cockroaches due to the fruit left in a cupboard above the cooker, which was also very dirty. Cleaner refused to come back and actually came next day to give us back the money due for the departure clean, when asked if she would like to come in and see the issues, she replied that she wasn't interested. Had to clean it ourselves as the owner could not find someone else immediately. took us 2 full days to clean inside and outside, had to spend over £100 on cleaning materials and equipment, owner had to get pest control out to spray the property. there is a tree overhanging the poolside which means almost 2 hours daily of sweeping an mopping to keep the area usable, not to mention the bird droppings. The grounds were completely unmaintained in fact the only thing good about this villa was the actual pool (after we cleaned the outside edge of it). Seriously overpriced and not worth half of what we paid. PHOTOGRAPHS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Owner's Response: Unfortunately again your review is not factual.I received an email from you on arrival (Friday evening) saying that the property had not been cleaned to your standards. I telephoned you immediately to establish the nature of your concerns and you informed me that it had been surface cleaned and that the floors and kitchen surfaces were left "sticky". I immediately phoned my housekeeper who attended on your arrival and apparently had been abused and belittled by yourselves and promptly announced that she would not be willing to have any further contact with you except to return the departure clean fee that you had paid her , this she did on Saturday morning, she insists that a thorough clean was carried out prior to your arrival. I again spoke to you on Friday night to say I would contact another cleaning company to attend the property on Saturday.I contacted you at around 8.30am Saturday morning and you informed me that you had "sent the men and kids out for breakfast and that you and your sister were cleaning it yourself and that it would be fine by the time you had finished, even adding a smiley face emoji. you did however say that you had found cockroaches and advised that you thought it might need a company to come out. I had a company attend the property at 2.45pm the same day to spray inside out, they contacted me regards their invoice and to say that they found no signs of nests or an infestation within the property. I said at the time that I was happy to compensate you for your inconvenience and that we would speak on your return. I heard nothing from you for the remaining 13 days of your holiday. Compensation was offered to you of the cost of the clean, plus all cleaning materials plus a days stay. you refused this offer and began to threaten me with court action unless I paid what you demanded. You paid *** per person per night which I do not think is excessive by any stretch of imagination. My photographs on the ownersdirect site were mostly taken by myself when I was at the property in early June this year and depict the property as is. With regard to the neighbouring pine tree, it does shed and I am attempting through the town hall in Orihella to have the owners remove it, I am though unable to have any control of the birds sitting on the branches.Iam sorry that despite several offers of a discussion via telephone or through the owners direct customer service team to resolve this matter you have chosen fit to use this as your platform.

Car: not necessary


The nearest EEC Blue Flag beach is a 2 minute walk away, however there are several beautiful sandy beaches within walking distance. The beaches provide watersports and all facilities.


The nearest airport is Murcia San Javier, approx 20 minutes drive away. Alicante airport is approx 40 minutes drive away. A taxi from Murcia costs around 40 euros. Car hire is not essential.


The nearest nightlife is approx a 10 mins walk away, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, on 'the strip'. The nearest main town is Torrevieja, which is approx a 10 mins drive away. Here you will find a market, a funfair, water park, an abundance of bars and restaurants and lovely beaches.

Further Details:

Car hire is unnecessary as there is a local supermarket a 2 minute walk away. On 'the strip' you will also find banks and shops and a medical centre.

Booking Notes:
In order to secure a booking a 25% deposit will be required and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required. A cleaning charge of 150€ is applicable on all bookings which is payable on arrival.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time 15:30 hours, departure time 10:00. This may be flexible, depending on other bookings.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts will be offered for long winter lets. An additional charge of £50 per extra person per week will be made for parties exceeding 10.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
