Everything you need for a good holiday!

Villa Dunne has everything you need for a good holiday! From our point of view it was comfortable and had everything we needed. A couple of minor problems were sorted out by Richard, the manager. There are some local amenities and the local supermarket is not very far away, but you need a car. If, like us, you like to eat out, there are no real restaurants close, so you have a 1-2km walk, around 15-25 minutes depending on your mobility to the 'strip' where most of the restaurants are (Restaurants near the port can take almost 35 minutes!). However, taxis are plentiful and fairly cheap, so you could walk one way and travel back by taxi later. Michael is very helpful and provides you with some useful information for your stay!

Our only negative comment is that the villa is showing signs of its age and could do with a bit of 'sprucing up'. However, we realise that this is not always easy for owners many miles away and, as I said it was very adequate for all of our needs. Thank you, Michael!

Felt like home

Villa was a great size for four of us with plenty of outside space . The pool was a lovely temperature and the sunbeds comfortable . All the facilities were in good order inside the villa with everything you need if cooking in.

There was plenty of room for 6 people in all areas of the villa

The location is on the outskirts of Corralejo so if you are immobile taxi or hire car would be needed. We had a car and it was not an issue for us. 10 min walk to the start of the shops bars and 5 min drive to huge supermarket.

We would return , so we'll done Micheal and team

A very enjoyable stay

The villa was very much home from home. Everything we could possibly need was provided for. The location was also good. It took us around 20 minutes to walk to the town and amenities but there were also other shops, cafes and restaurants close by. We had a very good holiday here and would come here again. The villa and outdoor areas were fairly overlooked by several properties so not so good if you are someone who likes a lot of privacy, however it was not a problem to us as we only saw other people next door outside occasionally.

Nice villa but area is a concern

Nice villa well maintained and clean.

Nicely furnished, pool and outside space is great, air conditioning in bedrooms ensures the temperature is fine for sleeping.

The only area of concern is location - it is in an area that appears to be a groups of five/six villas located on side streets, a mixture of resident and rental properties. However on occasions on returning to the villa at night some decidedly dodgy looking characters are in shadows on the main or side street. I understand a number of break-ins have occurred in the area.

If the owners and police can eradicate the criminal activity in the area then the villa would score 9 out of 10.

Within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. 1km to the centre of Corralejo, approximately 10-15 mins walk. only 5-10 mins walk to Baku water and Theme Park, bowling alley, bar etc.
