Apartment in Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca, Spain - 5 min walk to Beaches, Shops and Restaurants
This is a lovely air-conditioned first floor low-rise holiday apartment. Situated in an ideal location, with only a 5 minute walk to beaches, two supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to 3 championship golf courses. Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive away and Murcia Airport only a 20 minute drive. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. Lovely area.

Activity and Interests
Beaches are across the way from the apartment. They take approx. 5 mins to get to depending on which beach you want to sit on. There is the Playa Flamenca beach, a lovely little cove (very quiet) or La Zenia beach.
Alicante airport is approx 40 mins drive and Murcia airport is approx 20 mins drive. If you are wanting to explore the surrounding area a hire car is recommended. A hire car is essential for golfers.
Valencia approx 2 hours. Benidorm approx 1 hour. Alicante approx 40 mins. Murcia approx. 20 mins. Torrevieja approx 10 mins.
Airport transfers can be arranged if requested. Playa Flamenca boasts one of the largest street markets in Spain every Saturday. There are two supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes and all within a 5 min walk. The town of Torrevieja is situated to the north and is surrounded by 2 large natural saltwater lagoons, which form the well-known ‘Salterns of Torrevieja’ home to wildlife including Flamingos. These Salt Lakes help make the area one of the healthiest places to live according to the World's health organistaions.

|Refundable Damage Deposit||£100|
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking and the final balance is due in full 6 weeks prior to the start date of your stay. A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable by cheque. Access to the apartment is 1 p.m and should be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
Changeover day preferred is Saturday, however, depending on time of year this could be negotiable.

Utility Room: Washing machine and cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels. We do not provide cleaning during your stay, but the keyholder arranges cleaning after your stay for which you pay 45 euros on arrival.
