Please take advantage of many years of our experience in this market. In addition, our caretaker Felix is very well connected in Malta and will be keen to fullfil your wishes. Needs some serious TLC

Good points. Great view, convenient to local transport, mini market and eateries.

Not so good points. Shabby, the sink cutlery pots and pans needed a degunge, the whirlpool bath didn't. Has to replace cleaning cloths and replenish basic materials. Was not expecting the Hilton for the price but did expect it to be a little more comfortable than it was.

Owner's Response: We thank the writer so much for his laconic review. We are concerned about the statement "...Not so good points. Shabby, the sink cutlery pots and pans needed a degunge, (but) the whirlpool bath didn't...." We sure will, from now on, pay special attention to gunge on the kitchen things, but we wonder why the ones giving us 5* did not notice any. Nonetheless, we are glad, the whirlpool bath did not need degunging. We just hope that none of the gloomy, cold and windy 2017 winter weather left a black mark on his January vacation.

Excellent location in Malta

This property is in an excellent location. The local buses stop outside the apartment block and it is a nice walk to either St Julian's or into Sliema.

The apartment has a comfortable sitting room with TV and excellent view of the bay. There is a dining area with good cooking facilities.

The bathroom has a bath and shower and we had constant hot water. The fan heating system provided warmth when we needed it and there was a small heater to warm the bedroom (January visit). The bedroom is sufficient although the furniture a little dated.

There are lots of cafes, bars and takeaways within walking distance.

Our taxis to and from the airport were efficient.

Our only concern was that the lift did not work all the time on our visit: it was repaired but stopped working again. As we were on the 4th floor we got tired of climbing the stairs 3 or 4 times a day. We are both over 60 and could manage this but could be an issue for some people.This is why we have given 4 star rating.

Simple accommodation in a great location

The place was simple and in a great location. Easy access to the bus, cafes, etc. We where there during a week with cold and windy weather and the unit was very cold and there was loud whistling noise through all the windows. I'm sure it's lovely in Summer.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your review. This Christmas time was unusually stormy with a powerful cold offshore wind beating straight onto the windows. New more powerful space heating is now provided. Warmer periods sure are very pleasant in our Seafront Pad.

Perfect location

Just a quick note to say the unit was great. Your manager Felix, was very helpful too. The cleaning lady he has working there also did a wonderful job.

The unit is well placed in Sliema with everything you need right at your door. Restaurants galore, bus just at the front door. Tourist help store just down the road a bit. That lady was great help - very busy family business.

The bed was pretty comfortable but could have better pillows. (I love nice pillows). We were welcomed by Felix the manager and there was we were given a few necessities like hand soap, loo paper, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, butter, eggs and wine. It was nice just not to have to find groceries on our arrival.

The jacuzzi worked well and was lovely and deep. There was plenty of linen and it was changed on cleaning day. We didn't have to lift a finger really other than wash a few dishes or use paper plates or eat out which we did a lot of. There was a good little clothes washing machine too.

The unit has a lift that was great as my husband has a disability that won't allow him to stair climb! There was parking just at the door which we managed to get without too many problems although it's not the units parking.

I would recommend this unit to any person but possibly not to families with toddlers or young children as it's on the fourth floor. The breeze when window and door open in the dining lounge is amazing!!
