Situated about half way on a famous Tower Rd. 5 mile promenade, across the road from the sandy beach, seaside park, restaurants, cafes. While ideally situated for a holiday vacation in Malta it is also very well positioned for business traveler or a student of English (EC Carlton School is right next door). Also car rental is next door. Pass to the pool located on the roof of a neighbouring hotels may be obtained at the hotel desk.

Please take advantage of many years of our experience in this market. In addition, our caretaker Felix is very well connected in Malta and will be keen to fullfil your wishes. A great vacation!

The apartment has everything to feel at home, even the most needed cooking products. Everything is provided for a carefree and comfortable stay. The property manager Ed welcomed us very kindly. The apartment is conveniently located a few steps from a bus stop and with perfect sea views. There is much to be said about his benefits. We would have chosen this home again.

Superb Holiday

Arrival and transfer simple and quick, met by Property Manager at apartment and were delighted with the extras provided for are our stay. The apartment on the 4th floor (in a traditional block) was tidy, clean and relatively spacious, bathroom a little quirky. Although not in a quiet location, views fantastic, and couldn't be in a better position for the sea front and sightseeing, Definitely do not need a car as bus system throughout Malta and Gozo cheap and excellent (buy a Tallinja Travel Card at the Airport). Bus stop outside apartment with regular buses to all parts of the Island. Restaurants and food stores within a very short walk. Overall, a fantastic holiday.

Apartment not exactly as shown on photos.

Different furniture.

Bathroom could have been cleaner also oven and microwave.

On the plus side - location was great and bus stop was on the doorstep.

Supermarket was just around the corner with all your needs.

Milk bread and some supplies were provided on arrival which was a nice.touch thanks.

First time with owners direct, not for us I think

Reasonably clean, all the essentials there. Views fantastic. Location very good. Too much unnecessary furniture , coffee tables and empty plant pots, magazine racks, flat not big enough for all of this. Chairs and sofa extremely uncomfortable so unable to relax. Very noisy streets outside accommodation, difficult to sleep. Bed comfortable though.

Terrific place to stay!

This is a wonderful apartment to stay. It is well located, spacious, and has wonderful views. I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony. Having a lift, nearby bus stop, wifi, jacuzzi tub, and a great little shop around the corner are just bonuses. Outside the front door to the left is a wonderful little pastizzi shop and to the right is a fantastic little bar. I was a regular at both during my stay!

The owners were excellent in their communications prior to my arrival and in setting me up for a terrific holiday.
