Situated about half way on a famous Tower Rd. 5 mile promenade, across the road from the sandy beach, seaside park, restaurants, cafes. While ideally situated for a holiday vacation in Malta it is also very well positioned for business traveler or a student of English (EC Carlton School is right next door). Also car rental is next door. Pass to the pool located on the roof of a neighbouring hotels may be obtained at the hotel desk.

Please take advantage of many years of our experience in this market. In addition, our caretaker Felix is very well connected in Malta and will be keen to fullfil your wishes. His cleaning crew will present the place spanking clean to you.

First time with owners direct, not for us I think

Reasonably clean, all the essentials there. Views fantastic. Location very good. Too much unnecessary furniture , coffee tables and empty plant pots, magazine racks, flat not big enough for all of this. Chairs and sofa extremely uncomfortable so unable to relax. Very noisy streets outside accommodation, difficult to sleep. Bed comfortable though.

Terrific place to stay!

This is a wonderful apartment to stay. It is well located, spacious, and has wonderful views. I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony. Having a lift, nearby bus stop, wifi, jacuzzi tub, and a great little shop around the corner are just bonuses. Outside the front door to the left is a wonderful little pastizzi shop and to the right is a fantastic little bar. I was a regular at both during my stay!

The owners were excellent in their communications prior to my arrival and in setting me up for a terrific holiday.

november sun.

My wife and I have never been to Malta before and we feel we got it spot on first time. The admin booking was faultless. Instructions and personal hand-over was faultless (best show around ever). Near the apartment is a very good super-market, bar, takeaway, restuarants, the bay and bus stops on both sides of the road within 100 yards. Please spend a day at Golden bay beach and rent sunbeds from the Radisson, the 225 bus takes you straight there and caught from very near the apartment!!! Excellent value thank-you very much. Brian.

Needs some serious TLC

Good points. Great view, convenient to local transport, mini market and eateries.

Not so good points. Shabby, the sink cutlery pots and pans needed a degunge, the whirlpool bath didn't. Has to replace cleaning cloths and replenish basic materials. Was not expecting the Hilton for the price but did expect it to be a little more comfortable than it was.

Owner's Response: We thank the writer so much for his laconic review. We are concerned about the statement "...Not so good points. Shabby, the sink cutlery pots and pans needed a degunge, (but) the whirlpool bath didn't...." We sure will, from now on, pay special attention to gunge on the kitchen things, but we wonder why the ones giving us 5* did not notice any. Nonetheless, we are glad, the whirlpool bath did not need degunging. We just hope that none of the gloomy, cold and windy 2017 winter weather left a black mark on his January vacation.
