In the sought after town of Elviria this ground floor apartment is spacious, beautiful and fully air-conditioned. It has 3 double bedrooms and quality furniture, fittings and marble floors throughout. Features include: en-suite, second bathroom and guest toilet, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and DVD, large sun terrace with awnings, terrace furniture and barbecue for dining or relaxing and a choice of 4 pools within beautiful gardens. Only a short walk to the 18 hole Santa Maria golf course, tennis courts and bowling greens, 10 minutes or so walk to town centre with facilities, bars and restaurants and around a 15 minute walk to one of the best beaches on this coast. Elviria is a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport and a 10 minute drive to Marbella. The complex is private and secure. The apartment has an alarm and a safe is provided. This apartment is equally suited to a family holiday, golf holiday or a just a relaxing break.

About the Owner

Married with 3 children, we all enjoy getting away from dreich days in Aberdeen and heading to the sunshine in Elviria. There really is something for everybody within easy reach. We can walk down to the village in 10 minutes along safe pavements and quiet roads. There is Golf, Tennis and even bowling greens within a few minutes minutes walk and a pool 10 yards from our door and for the moments when you just want to put your feet up in peace outside, Wi-Fi and satellite TV inside for them.

Amazing apartment in ideal location

We stayed here for a week after a tiring weeks cruise and we couldn't have picked a better apartment if we'd tried.

All 6 of us (2 adults and 4 teenagers) had an amazing week.

From the moment of booking right through to coming home, Peter's communication and help was great.

The apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the local area and beyond and the description and photos do not do it enough justice. The facilities in the apartment were way beyond others we have stayed in before.

We will most definitely stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week and could easily have stayed longer. Great location within a 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The secluded terrace and garden is an added bonus. Definitely recommend.

Highly Recommend, already booked for next year!

The Villa is perfect and has all you need, We had a group and there was plenty room for us all, We especially enjoyed the patio area with the BBQ which we made good use of! a short 5 min walk takes you to shops bars and restaurants I would recommend hiring a car we did not but it would have been handy for shopping and travelling to various places, Great place to stay!

We had a great 3 week stay in this lovely apartment in July. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. The private outside terrace and garden are an added bonus. The communal gardens and pool areas are well maintained. The apartment is in an ideal location: walking distance to cafes, shops and the beach.

Having been frequent visitors to friend's apartment in the area we bought almost 9 years ago and have become frequent visitors! We love the mixture of peaceful surroundings at El Manantial, the fantastic beaches close by and the plentiful supply of nice places to eat and drink.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 40 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Santa Maria at 0.5 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

This area of the Costa del Sol has an abundance of activities available if beach and poolside are not your thing. These include: marinas at Puerto Banus, Cabo Pino and Marbella, tennis and Bowling greens close by, horse riding, scuba diving, dolphin safaris, local markets, bull fighting at Marbella and Mijas, the historic town of Ronda, flamenco dancing in Marbella, children's theme parks with fairground rides, water parks, animal parks, the Sierra Nevada mountain range, local fiestas throughout the summer and much more.


There are fishing and sailing marinas close by and only a 15 minutes walk to some of the best beaches on coast with restaurant facilities and toilets. Sun loungers and shades along with pedalos and boats available for hire. Car parking available if preferred. It is very well served by beach bars and restaurants including the world famous Nikki beach bar/club which is adjacent to the Don Carlos hotel and Marriot beach club.


Malaga airport is only 30 minutes drive and easily accessible by local taxis which will cost approx 60 euros. Approx 1 hour drive from Gibraltar airport. The apartment has all amenities within walking distance and car hire is not necessary although car hire firms available locally and at airport. During high seasons it would be wise to book ahead.A meet and greet airport transfer service can be arranged for you for 65 Euros each way.


Local restaurants offer Spanish, English, Indian, Chinese, French, Italian, Thai, and Fondu cuisine. Most of the beach restaurants specialise in fresh seafood and Tapas and there is a good choice of Steak houses. Elviria is spoilt for choice with supermarkets, bars and banks.

10km to Marbella. 12km to Puerto Banus. 15km to Fuengirola. 10km to La Canada (large shopping centre). Easily accessible to Aqua Park, Tivoli, Selwo, Ronda and dozens of golf courses.

Elviria is an unspoilt area of Marbella offering an ideal location for beach lovers, families and golfers alike. You can stroll through the tree lined avenue to the thriving commercial centre, complete with bars, restaurants and shops or visit the older part of the village. Marbella only 10 mins away has some of the smartest shopping in the ‘old town area’. The Orange Square leads to a labyrinth of charming narrow streets filled with delightful and tempting boutiques. Good quality restaurants are also plentiful offering a choice to suit every occasion and pocket. A ‘must do’ while in the area, just sit at one of the harbour side cafes at Puerto Banus and watch the world go by and see if you can spot someone famous.

From the Owner

We are sure you'll enjoy our apartment as much as we do. Its spacious, comfortable and well maintained. El Manantial is set in beautiful gardens and has lots of space for children to play safely or for an after lunch stroll. With 4 pools on site there is always somewhere to lie and soak up the sun and if you desire privacy we have our own garden and large terrace with blinds and a barbecue. Lots of Golf courses are nearby and Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive away. Our favorite is the smaller Puerto Cabopino just a mile or so along the road which has a fantastic beach complete with tapas and beach bars and a choice of lovely restaurants around the marina.
