Notes on accommodation: This beautiful apartment is only suitable for families and couples. Cots and high chairs are available for hire at reception. Inc Free wifi. For your piece of mind, the apartment has a safety deposit box fitted in the wardrobe in the bedroom, all at no extra cost. If there are parties requiring 2 apartments, the apartment next door is owned by our good friends who may be able to accommodate you at the same time. Please ring for details. Outside: Paloma Beach has a brand new swimming pool and Jacuzzi . A bar is located poolside which sells snacks, drinks etc. Also internet access is available in the bar. There is a reception area, should you wish to book any trips etc. Laundry facilities available on site. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Apartment is cleaned for your arrival. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice weekly. Other: Patio doors leading onto a large balcony with a table and 4 chairs that has a superb breathtaking view out to sea and into the harbour. On certain days the beautiful island of La Gomera can be seen from the balcony.

The apartment is home from home.

First of all i would like to say Joyce and Wayne are such nice people. Anything we needed help with they replied straight away.

The apartment was excellent and has everything you need. Very well maintained and very clean.

The view from the balcony is stunning.

The apartment is in a very relaxing and quiet area in Los Cristianos.

It is perfect for couples and for families. the apartment has a lot of room. Also very quick and easy access for people with mobility issues.

Apartment also has plenty of fans to stay cool on the warm nights and also has a safe so you dont have to rent one out from the complex.

We would not hesitate to book again with Joyce and Wayne.

Dear Joyce,

Thank you so much for letting us rent your apartment, we had a great time just chilling watching the boats from the balcony, lovely well maintained, very clean, comfy beds,towels changed every other day, great access for the wheelchair, my mother coped very well, great hassell free holiday, will defo be booking again.

Changeover Day:
The main changeover day is Friday, however, there may be a degree of flexibility depending on other bookings etc, ring Wayne or Joyce for details.


Notes on prices:
All prices are based on 2 people sharing additional persons £85 each per week.
Christmas and New Year £120 each per week.
There is a 5% discount for bookings of 3 weeks or more.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
