Apartments in this complex are in high demand because of its tranquility and standard of clientle. It is a haven in Benalmadena. Close to everything but tranquil inside. The complex has two swimming pools with security and is over the road from Paloma Park, Selwo Water Park and close to Arroyo de la miel, Palm Tree Avenue to the beach and all local Bars and restaurants. The Marina at Benalmadena is a delight to see with many beaches and watersports at hand. Close to train station offering train to Malaga and Fuengirola, buses to Marbella and Gibraltar. No car required!

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is light and airy, modern and a few steps away from the swimming pool. It has a large balcony and dining area. Outside: The complex is designed as a little Spanish pueblo all white with flowers and the pool and BBQ areas are just wonderful. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. Other: The balcony has views of the mountains and is the main dining area.

Loved the location, but we missed the pool which has bèen closed off due to not having a licence, so not able to use the bbq or sit in the grounds either as they are set within the pool area. Will return when pool is open again.

Location

Special interest holidays:

Watersports - paragliding, jet skis, water skiing etc. There are many golf courses close by. The Paloma Park is a delight for children with several play areas and ducks and rabbits to feed plus lots of animals to see including peacocks. A local market twice a week.

Coast/Beach:

The beach is a 10 minute walk away and Benalmadena has a lovely promenade with lots of bars and restaurants, you can walk along to the prestigious Benalmadena Marina.

Travel:

The nearest town Arroyo de la Miel is a 10 minute walk away and the Railway Station is only a 10 minute walk away.

Nearest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away.

Malaga Airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi or a 20 minute train journey.

Distances:

Benalmadena is situated between Torremolinos and Fuengirola, 20 minutes from Malaga Airport. The picturesque villages of Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas can be reached by bus. All can be reached by Rail or bus. This is a lovely base to discover the Costa del Sol. Gibraltar, Marbella, Puerto Banus are all within driving distance for a day out.

Changeover Day:
Arrival dates are flexible. The apartment is ready by 2.00 pm on arrival and guests are required to depart by 10.30 am on departure.

Notes on prices:
Long stay prices on request. A long winter break (minimum 4 weeks) would be £600 or 700 euros per month.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date.
