Breathtaking sea views from all angles. Mountain landscape. Natural beauty - now this is Laura Hills! Laura Hills offers guests complete and utter privacy and tranquility, but the most stunning feature is the fabulous, unobstructed views of breathtaking coastline, from all rooms and levels; from the lower garden and pool areas, ( enjoy sea views while swimming in pool), then up to verandas, living areas and bedrooms there are panoramic sea views - villa is unique in this way. Sea views are not mere far-off images of sea horizon, but proper sea views - sea is so near you can see the waves. Its mountain location provides a tranquil, natural setting - and wonderful evening breeze..Laura Hills is conveniently situated in the picturesque village of Peyia, yet nestled in a hillside and overlooking the sea, in a quiet cul-de-sac.This spacious and attractive two storey villa with its elegant, comfortable and modern style has been luxuriously furnished throughout to its owner's high standards creating a bright and airy atmosphere. It has been designed specifically to encompass everything needed to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Then up the stone steps to the rear of the villa you find yourself within the wild, partly granite, (= unusual), mountainside of Peyia, roaming goats included! English housekeeping team maintain property to high standard of cleanliness. Although popular with honeymooners due to sheer romance and privacy of villa, it is also a welcoming home where families and friends can enjoy beauty, security and solace - and great outdoor living : sea, mountain, garden, pool. There are many beautiful beaches within a MAX 5 mins' drive. Villa includes ( in price) independent use of air conditioning / heating units in all 3 bedrooms and living areas + kitchen, ( 5 in total / excellent make, providing clean, hygeinic filtered air / silent) , wifi access, cable TV, 'welcome pack'. Elegant, tranquil, indulgent - perfect!

  • 5 of 5

Laura Hill is set into the mountain overlooking Peyia and Coral Bay. A private sweeping drive leads up to the front aspect of the villa. The swimming pool and wrap around balcony set a magical frame for views out to sea. The villa is elegantly furnished, with cool marble floors, clean lines, and mediterranean touches of colour. The bedrooms and ensuites are set with excellent quality bedlinen, towels and those all important poolside towels! The kitchen has everything you will need. Little thoughtful touches made our stay so much more comfortable. Early morning breakfast on the balcony was accompanied by the wonderful sounds of Cypriot life....goats climbing the mountain....geese waking up at a nearby farm....and in the evenings, the cicadas chirruping was like a chapter out of a Gerald Durrell novel. Delightful. You won't want for anything during your stay. Tracy and Nicos' attention to detail is outstanding. From the point of enquiry through to arrival and during our stay, they provided us with all the information we needed to maximise our time in Peyia. Meeting us at almost midnight on arrival and ensuring we found our way around the villa, stocking the fridge with a lovely welcome pack, taking the time to check everything was running smoothly completely embodied service excellence. We have already booked again for next year. It won't be very long before you struggle to secure a booking at Laura Hill - it's pure indulgence and great for the soul.

A wonderful escape

  • 5 of 5

Our family enjoyed the most wonderful holiday at Laura Hills. The villa has every modern convenience to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is beautifully furnished and very spacious with many wonderful little touches to make it feel like a home away from home. We loved the location of Laura Hills, tucked away in the mountains in a peaceful setting with stunning views all around - it was a pleasure waking up every morning and at sunset when everything is bathed in golden light. The pool is fantastic and well maintained and we enjoyed the element of complete privacy as the villa is not overlooked from any aspect. Our hosts, Tracy and Nicos, were great, attending immediately to all our needs and queries during our stay. We arrived in the evening to a lovely welcome pack so we could relax and not have to rush out to the shops. The guide book written by Tracy was invaluable for us. We explored nearly all of the recommendations and it was extremely worthwhile. Easy directions enabled us to discover a variety of magnificent beaches, from sea lagoons to sandy coves to turtle bays. The restaurant recommendations were also fabulous. We particularly enjoyed Oniro by the Sea, set on the edge of the sea caves and a glorious, old ship wreck. Amazing cocktails! Peyia was a lovely location with easy access to many attractions/destinations in Cyprus whilst still maintaining a sense of tranquillity. We are really happy we discovered Laura Hills, it was the most wonderful escape.

Perfect villa

  • 5 of 5

Laura Hills is a beautiful villa with fantastic views in a wonderful quiet location. A car is needed as not really in close walking distance of local facilities, but it does mean you are away from the hustle and bustle. The villa is exceptionally well equipped with lots of space. Beds were really comfortable and loads of towels provided. The owner is more than helpful and available to respond to any queries and offer advice and local knowledge. Really enjoyed our time there and would be a place to go back to when visiting Cyprus again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful villa, fantastic holiday

  • 5 of 5

The villa was extremely well equipped and well presented. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. High quality bed linen and towels were provided. The villa was so well equipped- the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of glasses, plates and lots of extras. The large water cooler was an excellent feature. The villa really is sheer luxury- fabulous views, very relaxing setting but not far from shops and coral bay. Tracy and Nicos were fantastic hosts- answering our many queries before we arrived, meeting is on arrival and even stocking the fridge with a welcome pack. We couldn't have asked for more. The villa had a booklets with all the information you could possibly need on the surrounding area and a very helpful restaurant review book. We followed the reviews and were not disappointed! All in all, we had a fantastic holiday. The icing on the cake was late check out in the villa which really was fantastic as it meant we got a final full day by the pool. We would love to come back and cannot recommend Laura Hills highly enough.

The perfect accommodation to completely relax.

  • 5 of 5

The description probably did not do this Villa justice. It is impecably well maintained and furnished and extremely clean both the Villa and the pool area. The owner's hospitality was faultless greeting us on arrival (albeit very late in the evening) and running through the important bits. Especially grateful for the provision of binoculars (which are a must) as we had forgotten ours and also the provision of a cool box for those picnics to the beach. We dined at a number of local restaurants and also in Pathos in the harbour. No complaints whatsoever the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

We visited Turtle Bay (not for the faint hearted and definitely 4X4 vehicle recommended). Beautiful bay but no amenities so be warned. We attempted to visit the local "waterfalls" but abandoned this trip - looked risky even in a 4X4 (we had not hired one of these but would next time). Ageas Geogious and the caves were worth visiting but rocky beach. The Is of St George (totally different place) was beautiful especially for snorkelling. We would definitely like to return to this Villa and would certainly recommend to friends (perhaps not those with small children). A wonderful, totally relaxing holiday and a credit to the owners Tracey and Nicos. Thanks for sharing this wonderful retreat.
