Apartment in Nice, Cote D'Azur - 10 mins from the Beach and Easy Access to All of Nice

This is a newly renovated, modern style apartment with the advantage of a quiet location, but remaining right in the heart of the port of Nice. The apartment has been renovated to make it as comfortable as possible, whilst still keeping the atmosphere of an old Nicoise building with its long windows and high ceilings. It is 1 block back from the port front and within easy walking distance of Nice old town and markets. It is 5 minutes walk to a main bus stop and 10 minutes to a railway station. Within 5 minutes walk there is also a swimming area with a small beach and sunbathing platforms, or otherwise Nice main beach is only 10 minutes away. There are loads of shops and restaurants to choose from on your doorstep.

Book now- you won't be disappointed

Firstly, let me explain that I am a cautious renter of holiday properties as I know they can differ from the images on the websites; I also have very high standards regarding cleanliness.

I was not disappointed at all with this property; it was EXACTLY as advertised. Not only was it exceptionally clean but it was equipped with excellent appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave) that made our stay convenient (we stayed for a month.)

The apartment is in an excellent location, we were able to catch a bus to nearby Villefranche and a train to Monaco, Ventimilligia, Cannes, Entrevaux and Toulon. We were also next to a port which allowed us to take a boat to St Tropez.

There are a number of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby, not to mention the Promenade de Anglais which was a short disance away. It took us 15-25 minutes to walk to the centre of Nice (depending on which end you want to get to.) We were extrememly happy with the location as it meant that we were able to travel around the French Riviera easily.

Tamzin (the owner) was friendly and professional at all times and responded quickly to any queries we had about the property- she was only too happy to answer every question we had- she was very patient and open. Once we had arrived, she gave us a thorough guide to the property and surrounding areas and then left us alone for the month which gave us privacy, however, she was still available if we needed her.

The property is suitable for couples, friends and families as it had a separate bedroom but also a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom was medium sized with lots of storage and a mirror on the wall. In the kitchen was a large dining table.

The bathroom was spacious with a stand-up shower, mirror and ample room for toiletries/towels etc.

There was even a television with Freeview! Tamzin had also left some books and DVDS.

A word of caution for those with reduced mobility: there are a number of stairs to navigate but there is a lift.

Overall, if we decide to travel to Nice again, we would definitely rent this property and I have no hestitation in recommending the apartment to friends and family.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location.It has everything you need including UK TV ! We will use this place every time we visit Nice. The owner Tasmin is great to deal with and always extremely helpful, we look forward to our next visit soon !
