Cortijo near Los Tablones, Motril, Costa Tropical, Spain - With its Natural Setting, Tijo Rosa is ideal as a Retreat or for Families with Children

Tijo Rosa is a detached 19th century cortijo, sympathetically renovated in 2004 to retain it's original charm. Set in it's own large garden offering a high degree of privacy with 360 degree views. The cortijo is located on a mountainside in a quiet rural area, yet only a 20 minute drive to the nearest beach and the large town of Motril. Whilst relaxing in your private pool the view is across the valley to the Mediterranean in the distance. the property is located 2.7 kms along an unsurfaced road, most guests use a normal saloon car. In the unlikely event guests have a problem with the road they can leave their car at the end of the road & we will drive them up & down at no cost to the guests. The 220 volt electrics are powered by solar panels making it ideal for phone chargers, netbooks etc but unsuitable for high-powered appliances, like hairdryers. The friendly English speaking owners live out of sight nearby and are on hand in case of problems.
