2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of this beautiful property (WITH A LIFT) located on La Rue Droite right in the heart of the old town of Nice. The building also has a lift which is unusual for the old town. The apartment has been renovated and is located near the art galleries on the well known La Rue Droite. It also has another entrance onto La Rue de la Croix and the apartment faces onto a local theatre. Close to the beach (4 minute walk) and all the restaurants but the apartment is also quiet in the evenings! The apartment also benefits from double glazing. The American style kitchen is also new and comes with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. In addition there is a washer dryer. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk away and the local supermarket is just around the corner. There is a wide screen LCD TV and DVD player (for those with children you will know how important this is). The phone is set up for unlimited calls to landlands all over Europe and the USA (including USA mobiles). Free internet access.

The apartment is opposite the renowned restaurant Chez Palmyre so literally 3 steps from the front door of the building. No trip to Nice is complete without a visit to this superb restaurant. Check out the reviews on Trip Advisor.

The apartment offers a high standard of accommodation In Nice's best known street. Perfect location for those who want to be in the heart of the old town to soak up the atmosphere and charm of vieux Nice.

Just wanted to let you know we had a nice time in Nice and I thought

the apartment was really nice. Such a lovely surprise that it was just

the same as on the internet - no nasty surprises like the last

apartment I stayed in.

Your apartment is nicely decorated with lovely furnishings and all the

amenities you could wish for. The location is also very good. I would

have no hesitation in recommending this to any of my friends and

family.



Thanks for the tips on the resturants, I loved Acciardo and Chez

Palmyre.

Perfect stay in Nice

Excellent apartment in a very quiet street in the old town. Contact with the owner Jonathan was quick and efficient and local agent Val was there to greet us and offer us advice on where to go and what to see in Nice. The apartment is spacious and clean, light and airy, and best of all, QUIET but still steps away from the hustle and bustle. 5 mins walk to the seafront and close to a large Mono Prix supermarket in Place Garibaldi. Try and get a table at Chez Palmyre opposite the apartment in rue Droite - the 3 course set lunch menu is 17 euros and the best food of our entire stay.

Deposit was returned immediately on our return. Can definitely recommend.

Great apartment in the centre of the old town. A few minutes walk from bars, restaurants, shops, beach, park, port, bus/tram stops etc yet situated on a quiet street so very peaceful day and night.

perfect

Stayed here for the Monaco grand Prix. Location was perfect and we loved being able to just step outside the door into the wonderful old town. Everything was within a few minutes walk. The apartment is very well equipped and it quickly felt like home. We were met by Valerie who was very helpful. We were allowed to leave our cases in the apartment until we went to the airport even though there were new people checking in, so we were able to make the most of our last day in Nice. Jonathan was very helpful and always quick to reply to my questions. The apartment was very good value for money and we would have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan's apartment.

Superb

Spent a week here with my wife and father-in-law and the apartment was perfect. Plenty of room for three adults and excellent location within minutes of beach, restaurants, shops, transport etc. In the middle of the old town yet quiet. It was our first time in Nice and we struck lucky with this place. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lovely Apartment

Arrived at 8.30pm and was met by the agent who explained where everything was in the apartment and where the supermarkets were(5min walk),which was very helpful.There was already tea/coffee/ basics there & she directed us to the "corner shop" for milk etc.The apartment is, as its shown in the photos.Jonathan has undersold himself as theres a hairdryer there,cuddly monkey,basket of toys & great selection of DVD`s for the kids(and adults) plus a good selection of books and leaflets on where to visit,how to get there & where to eat.Location is ideal for getting about,by bus/tram/train.You could be there for a month and still not "do" all the eateries which are on the doorstep.We loved it and will definately be back in the near future.Taxi from the airport was simple (35 euros),driver dropped us as near as possible & gave excellent directions for the 3min walk-on our return we found the 98 airport bus cost just 6 euros each & was close to the apartment.

An additional Thank You to the agent,as we were on a late flight back & were able to leave our suitcases till later.Which was extremely helpful,as keeping twins occupied with two suitcases in tow is no mean feat !!.
