Activity and Interests
The nearest beach is only 200m away set by the Nautilus Bar and Restaurant. There are numerous other beaches within easy walking distance, ie, Punta Prima beach where you can rent sunbeds and sun shades, the fringed palm tree bay at Kings Land Beach is only a 15 mins away. If you fancy stretching your legs you can walk the coastline to Torrevieja (approx 1 hour walk), stopping off for a cooling drink on the way, or you could catch the local bus, just over 1 euro picked up at the top of the road.
The apartment is ideally positioned for easy reach from local airports. Murcia airport only 20 mins drive away. Alicante airport 40 mins drive away. Car hire is available at both airports, even though not essential it is recommended if you wish to explore the area. Secure underground car parking is available if you wish to us it. Alternatively, we would be happy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport please ask for further details and costs.
The beach lined promenade of cosmopolitan Torrevieja with numerous bars and restaurants is a short drive or bus ride away. It is a typically Spanish town with excellent beaches and an evening craft market by the marina. Cabo Roig marina and it beaches are approx 10 mins drive. Further a field, to the North Alicante, to the South La Manga and the Mar Menor both 40 mins drive away. Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses are all within a 10-15 mins drive.
On your doorstep there are numerous restaurants and bars to suit every taste, from Chinese, Indian, Italian to local Spanish tapas bars and a great steak restaurant. If you prefer to spend a few evenings in, then within walking distance there plenty of supermarkets selling a full range of food and drink. On the main road you will find banks, hairdressers and shops selling souvenirs, newspapers, buckets and spades. Other activities within the area include an Aqua Park and Bowling Alley (a 10 min drive). Go-Carting within walking distance of the apartment. In Torrevieja you may wish to visit the Park of Nations, hire a bicycle or take a boat trip from the marina, possibly visiting the island Tabarca for some snorkelling.

Rates include bed linen and towels (except beach towels) and a full clean after your departure. At the time of booking a deposit of 25% is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A £100 refundable deposit against damages/breakages is required with the balance. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of departure then full payment is due at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit and a signed booking form has been received. See notes on prices.
Changeover days and times are flexible. With daily flights from most airports your stay does not have to be limited to 7/14 days. Why not have a long weekend or extend your holiday, please ask us for details.

Prices for the apartment are based on up to 4 guests per week shown in UK Pounds, additional guests please add £20 per person per week, prices inc linen and full clean on departure. With daily flights from most airports, you may like a long weekend or an extended stay we will try to accommodate any duration, just view our availability calendar and ask us for costs.
If you are looking for any duration that is less than 1 week we still have to charge the full cost of a departure clean, therefore the nightly rate given will be more than a seventh of the weekly rate.

- Notes on accommodation: The apartment has both hot and cold air conditioning. A fully fitted security alarm and safe is included in the apartment. Under the apartment block there is a secure car parking area with an allocated parking space (lift available from car parking area to ground floor). As this is a ground floor apartment it is suitable for all ages. No smoking please. Outside: The idyllic, beautifully landscaped gardens surround the apartment block. The curved pathways around the complex give good access to several seating and sheltered areas. The tranquil sound of running water can be heard from water features within the gardens. There are 3 communal swimming pools, 2 have stepped access into them. The depth of the pools varies between 3-7 ft dependant on which pool you choose. All pools are surrounded with both decking and grass areas for sunbathing, outside showers are available if required. There are 2 sunloungers & 2 reclining chairs that can be used around the gardens & pools. As the day draws to a close the gardens and walkways are gently illuminated with street lanterns and low level lighting. The sun terrace which looks directly onto one of the 3 pools is complete with patio table and 6 chairs. Utility Room: Washing machine, electric water-heater, ironing board and iron. sun chairs and sun loungers are also kept in here. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen and towels are provided, property is professionally cleaned through out after every stay (beach towels are not included, however, they can be provided please ask for details and costs). Other: Why not have an early evening drink on the terrace, which has a large planter adorned with mediterranean cacti, a patio table & seating for 6 people which overlooks the gardens & pool, which at night is gently illuminated by the garden lighting.
