This pretty apartment is situated on a 'traditional style' development in a small village with local restaurants/bars / bakery and playground. There is a private garden with terrace just a few feet from a picturesque communal pool (seasonal).Located in the traditional village of Daya Vieja with a handful of shops, bars and restaurants. Only a short drive away are the beaches of Guardamar and La Marina. Alicante airport is 30 mins drive. My wife and our 2 children really enjoyed our time here and would recommend this to other families and couples. The development enjoys a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with no busy road or flight path noise.

Why ALEX MORRIS chose Torrevieja Area

We chose Spain because of the friendly people, climate and convenience to England. The flights are regular and generally cheap if you look on the internet. This development we particularly licked with its traditional style and peaceful surroundings. The village is pretty with many places to walk and cycling is fantastic in this area. The blue flag beeches also bought us to the area, including the natural parks, playgrounds for the kids and traditional Spanish towns. For relaxing with a drink our village offers a small selection of bars/restaurants. We did not want to be far from the airport so about 35 mins is just right.

What makes this apartment unique

We are enclosed within the development adding to the security, only a few meters from the pool. My wife and I did not want to be far from the airport so about 35 mins is just right. The neighbors are friendly and there is a beautiful pool which boasts grass and palm trees, not the usual concrete. Our private and secluded garden is a particular feature with statuary palm tree and covered patio area for those really hot days.

Clean easy to get around good having two bathrooms, and thanks to Steve who was welcoming and for a TV that works well. The apartment could do with aircon, fans in the bedrooms are a bit noisy. Swimming pool really great and the bar close by was just right for an evening drink and a wifi connection. Overall would recommend to a friend.

Myself & my husband took our 2 year old grandson to the apartment for a week in June. We chose the apartment because it was ground floor with a nice large garden,& plenty of room for seating.The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, inside was clean & spacious.All our questions were answered quickly & i would recommend this apartment & the beautiful area Daya Vieja. The local restaurants & park.are within walking distance, the pool area was well kept and clean. In a word GREAT PLACE..

Have stayed in Daya Vieja before at a different villa, but this one was so much nicer, with lovely surroundings and gorgeous pool area.. . . . thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend. . . will definitely be going back!

Lovely Apartment

We stayed for a relaxing two weeks in June. The apartment was great, two double bedrooms with plenty of room. The garden was lovely with a table and chairs which we used every day. The pool was quiet which was perfect as we have two small children. It had a shallow area ideal for them to paddle around. The pool and grounds were very clean and well maintained. There is also a playground and bar close by which was ideal for us in the evenings. We will definitely visit again!

Tranquilidad y las mejores playas a 10 minutos en coche. Una piscina para refrescarte ideal sobre todo después de toda la jornada playera. Y un jardín perfecto para desayunar, cenar, charlar. Temperatura y limpieza ideales.

Gracias Alex y Steve por permitir que disfrutáramos de esta maravillosa casa.
