A luxury modern townhouse located within minutes walk of the beaches and local amenities of this quiet, picturesque coastal village. In a gated community of 7 townhouses which are rarely occupied with a large shared pool. 5 mins walk to beach and restaurants. Sea and country views from private roof terrace. Patio for alfresco dining. 2 bedrooms overlook the pool and have sea views. 45-50 minutes by car from Lisbon airport and 10 mins drive from the larger holiday town, surfing mecca and fishing port of Peniche. Praia da Areia Branca is a 5 minute drive from the town of Lourinha, with its cobbled streets, traditional shops and plenty of restaurants. Overall, the area offers an extensive choice of beaches, historical towns and national park, appealing to visitors of all ages and interests. Whether you are looking for world class surf breaks, Portuguese culture or just a quiet base from where you can explore the region and relax, this house is ideal for everyone.

Great location for exploring the silver coast

We had a wonderful holiday the house is very well equipped and spacious minutes from the beach and an ideal location from which to explore the Silver Coast area. We visited Obidos,Sintra and Cascais, all within an hours drive and well worth a visit, we took the local bus into Libon from the village, well worth the 7 euro,s each way and so much to see and do.

The information Miki & Colin gave us on the house and surrounding area was exceptional, the local car hire company they recommend picked us from the airport to collect the car from their compound in the village and then took us back to the airport hassle free.

Although the restaurants were limited, the food was excellent and great value for money especially local fish and produce.

Normally Saturdays, but flexible depending on availability. Access is after 4pm on day of arrival. Departure by 10am on final day.
