This studio apartment is ideal for 2 people. The property, is located in peaceful Boquer area, just 100m to the beach and the famous Pinewalk. The centre of the town with its bars and restaurants is just 2 mins walking. This first floor apartment has air-conditioning with heating-pump. It has a lovely balcony faced to the Boquer mountains. The apartment has been refurbished with wood floor and new furniture and it is totally equipped. Communal pool and garden are also available.

About the Owner

My name is Miguel and I'm married with Laura. We have 3 children. A 4 years old daughter called Lluch and 4 months old twins called Pau and Miguel.

I'm an Engenier and my wife is a Lawyer.

We bought the studio apartment as second residence and we expended 3 summers there. On 2008 we decided to buy another apartment because we wanted to have children. When we bought the apartment, we deceided to rent the studio. Now as we are 5 in the family, we have moved to a villa in Puerto Pollensa and we rent the studio and the apartment.

I have always enjoyed my summer time in Puerto Pollensa because my parents own a fantastic apartment in the famous Pinewalk. When we got married, my wife and I bought the studio apartment ref: b2363 and we enjoyed there 3 fantastic summers and weekends. 5 years ago we bought the apartment ref: b4297 because we wanted to have a bigger apartment( the family was going to grow). We live in a Villa in Puerto Pollensa with all the family and that is the reason to rent my apartments to holidaymakers.

Nearest Airport : Palma de Mallorca at 60 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Puerto de Pollensa at 50 Metres Nearest Ferry : Palma de Mallorca at 60 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Pollensa at 15 Kilometres Nearest Train : Sa Pobla at 20 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : Alcudia at 20 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Puerto de Pollensa at 50 Metres Nearest Beach : Puerto de Pollensa at 150 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The beach is only 100m from the apartment. It provides loungers, umbrellas, watersports, sailing boats, sky parachute, pedalons etc. It is ideal for swimming or simply for relaxing.

Travel:

Son Sant Joan Palma International Airport is 40 miles away. It takes about an hour driving.

Car hire is not essential but if you rent a car, there is plenty of on-street parking just in front of the apartment.

Pollensa golf club, approx 5 miles.

Alcudia old town, approx 5 miles.

Aucanada golf club, approx 7 miles.

To make a booking, please e-mail or telephone. Provisional bookings con be held for 48 hours while flights are finalised. A formal booking form will be posted to you and a deposit of 100 euros per week will be required to confirm the booking. The rental, doesn't include touristic services. The law to adjudge is the Spanish rental law (LAU).

Changeover Day:
The preferred changeover day is on Saturday, but this can be flexible depending on the availability. Arrival time is at 17:00 hous and the departure time is at 10:00 hours.

The apartments are in a very quiet area but close to the sea ( 100 meters) and all the amenities. The main town square with all the restaurants and bars is also 5 minutes walking through the sea front walk. Both apartments have communal pools only for residents use.
