Fully equipped property on a secure complex. The house is situated on the highly popular El Divino complex and professionally cleaned and maintained for renters. It offers excellent accommodation for a family/golfing holiday. The house is situated 5/10 minutes from Murcia airport and there is no need for car hire as all amenities are well within walking distance. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets are fitted on windows/doors. The house is on 3 levels and the solarium has loungers, a sun canopy, fridge and a barbecue for use. There is also a washing machine and clothes lines available on ground and solarium level. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There are three bicycles available without charge for those feeling energetic.An awning on the front terrace affords protection from the sun when necessary.

About the Owner

Hi - I'm Ken Stewart. I bought this property with a view to future holidays and also letting when appropriate. Over the years I have made numerous improvements to the property and equipment to the extent that many renters tell me that the facilities lack nothing. As an example over the last year I have installed an induction cooker hob and fan assisted oven so it does not now take 31/2 hours to cook a chicken! On the entertainment side a 42" flat screen TV is in the lounge with a manual scart switcher which enables easy movement between TV, VCR and DVD players. An awning has now been fitted to the veranda at the front to provide shade. 3 bicycles are now available without charges. Finally the property has just been redecorated.

Los Alcazares is a lovely town and your property is ideally located with all amenities nearby. You have thought of everything, the house is perfectly equipped and lacks nothing. The provision of"air-con" is a real boon in high season.

Los Alcazares, summer break.

The townhouse was just as described, great views overlooking the pool and gardens. Ken the owner was very helpful from the word go, and his property was excellent, very clean and well furnished. There was also the added bonus of air con, when needed. It was a short walk to restaurants and bars, and the beach. All in all a very good holiday, and we hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

Excellent accomodation and brilliant complex

We visited Ken's property as a family of 4 adults and 3 children and had a great time.The property is very clean and comfortable and easily accomodated the seven of us.The complex itself is very well maintained and is great for both adults to relax and kids to enjoy themselves.Also situated close to a lovely beach if you fancy a change of scenery.The beach bar is excellent for a drink or some lunch.

Alcazares itself is a very pleasant place to visit in the evening.Loads of good and reasonably priced restaurants and bars etc.

The owner, Ken, is excellent.Nothing too much trouble and answered all our questions accurately and quickly.He is obviously very proud of his property and quite rightly so.

To summarise if you are looking for a fun break in the sun then this is the place for you

Lovely Compex and House

Super house and complex

This is the best house we have stayed at in Los Alcazeres in a long time. The listing on this site is exactly what we got. The house was lovely and clean with everything ready for us.We arrived late and was able to do a quick change of clothes and go out to the main square where there are a dozen or more bars and restaurants only 3/4 minutes walk away. Over the 2 weeks we found the best restaurants to be Bistro-Hemingway, Flavor, Penny Farthing and the Celt bar for drinks. The owner supplied us with telephone numbers for themselves and local management team in case of any problems/emergencies. Will recommend highly (as long as we get our dates in first). We are in the process of making enquires for a return visit later in the year. Overall fantastic!!.

Location

From the Owner

The town of Los Alcazares remains completely unspoiled and ideal for a good family holiday with no rowdyism/gangs or the like to cause problems. Supermarkets/shops/restaurants are all close by so there is no need to hire a car. San Javier (Murcia) airport is only five mins. away by taxi! As for the beach well the Mar Menor is famous for its golden beaches and beautiful clear water and is only a short walk away. Its also a golfers paradise with many courses nearby.

Nearest Airport : murcia - san javier at 3 Miles Nearest Barpub : at 0.5 Miles Nearest Golf : roda at 1 Miles Nearest Restaurant : at 0.1 Miles Nearest Beach : mar menor at 0.5 Miles Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

5/10 mins walk to superb beaches where you can enjoy a bathe in clean, warm shallow saltwater. Very safe for children. Alternatively you may have a walk along the promenade or sit at a beach bar and enjoy a drink/meal/tapas. Boat trips are available most days and jet-skis / pedaloes may be hired.

Travel:

San Javier (Murcia) Airport is 5/10 mins by taxi. Car hire is readily available but not essential as all necessary ameneties are close to hand.Also the area is very flat and three bikes will be available from 2014 free of charge

Distances:

Cartagena is 20 mins. by car. The city of Murcia is one hour by car. La Manga is 25 mins. by car.

Further Details:

Local banks, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and shops are within 5 mins walk. If you wish to get around by cycling you may have the use of three bikes subject to a modest charge. From 2014 these will be provided free of charge .You will of course be responsible for ensuring their safe-keeping and locks/keys will be supplied.

All bedrooms/lounge have fans Outside: There is front garden with patio and a front terrace suitable for dining with table and chairs supplied. There is a balcony outside the main bedroom and roof terrace/solarium with fridge and barbecue and loungers. A large shared pool is within a few yards with a safe area for young children. Sun awnings have been fitted over the front patio and on the solarium to give some shade when necessary. Utility Room: At the rear of the house (attached) there is a utility room which houses a full size washing machine and all cleaning utensils. Adjacent to this is a further shed which houses the bikes. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house is professionally cleaned after each let and all bedlinen, towels and beach towels are supplied. The cleaning costs are included in the rental prices.
