For more than 25 years, Casa Podere Monti, this family run estate has opened its doors and shared their panoramic views, warm hospitality and friendly atmosphere with guests from all over the world.

Located in the heart of the Tuscany countryside between Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra, the vacation accommodations are convenient for exploring the culture, nature and wine. Casa Podere Monti is within easy walking distance of Casole d’Elsa ( 1 km away) where you can truly enjoy the town life.

The concept of a family enviroment is related also to the holiday accommodations:made to be family friendly. The garden is contained and well kept , just the type of place that invites to sit outside to read a book , play games or drink a nice glass of red wine (Chianti of course !).

The panoramic pool ( 6 m x 12 m) is set in a short distance from the farmhouse, so it is close enough reach by foot , but not too close that the fun and laughter will spill over into the garden. The area lends itself to a fun filled family holiday, especially when you are interested about the local culture, traditions and meeting the Tuscans. Casole d'elsa is just 1 km from the Holiday House ( there is a well mantained path , illuminated at night) and it is a lovely little town with an exceptionally packed social calendar. You will always find concerts , markets , activities and events that will bring you into the authentic atmosphere.

The apartment Ciliegio measures 90 sq.m. and it is entirely on groundfloor. It is composed by kitchen, living room with sofas, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. INCLUDED IN PRICE: TOWELS AND LINEN WITH CHANGE ONCE A WEEK ( SATURDAY) , WATER,GAS,ELECTRICITY WI-FI CONNECTION AND FINAL CLEANING.

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE: STAY TAX (1.000 EURO PER NIGHT PER PERSON FOR THE FIRST 5 NIGHTS ),ADDITIONAL CHANGE OF TOWELS AND LINEN 7 EUROS PER PERSON, MID- CLEANING : 50 EUROS, WASHING MACHINE : 4 EUROS / WASH,BEACH TOWELS 5 EUROS / EACH IF REQUIRED.

PLEASE NOTE : Change of towels and bed-linen is once a week and cleaning of the property is upon departure.

The rental cost does not include cleaning during guests stay (example: if you stay two weeks, you will find the property spotless upon your arrival, but will not clean a second time at the end of First week). Of course, if necessary, it will perform the second cleaning for an extra charge of € 50.00 and in that second case we will change personally the bedding.

I'm Federica and Podere Monti is my home and my passion. I live here with my family and always we are dedicated to our house and a rural hospitality service always more complete.

Here you can feel love and passion because hosting is not just a job, but a vocation.

Podere Monti is a farmhouse that dates back 1600 and it has been completely renovated in the last 25 years. It took a lot of effort and sacrifice but now we are here and we want to share it with you.

The property consists of the main house where there are 3 spacious and well furnished apartments, always retaining the typical Tuscan style of the old buildings.

Not far from the main house there are 3 cottages , even those obtained from the renovation of the original buildings of the 1600s and a few meters on there is the swimming pool with the panoramic view over the hills.

We are always available for the guests throughout their stay and if you like it will not not lack tips to visit the big cities and the small towns of our region ... without forget some gastronomic visit, because you know.. in Tuscany , good food is not a problem!

Let yourselves be enthralled by the beauty of the area, from the goodness of food and the warm Tuscan hospitality.

Notes on accommodation: The units are separeted and located in different side of the house. Each unit has a private entrance. The pool is located 20 meters from the house and it is equipped with several large parasols,deck chairs shower and big solarium with green carpets on 2 sides. Outside: The environment surrounding the holiday homes includes woodland owned by the proprietors that enables comfortable, relaxing and quiet walks. The outdoor area is composed of garden with tables, a splendid swimming pool (measuring 6 x 12 m) from where you can enjoy a spectacular view over the hills. The garden is surrounded by hedges of laurel, bay leaf, cypresses and secular oaks. Beyond the swimming pool area there are 6 hectares of fields and a woodland. The Owners lives near the apartment and reachble 24 h / 24 h.
