Six bedroom Private Villa sleeps maximum 12 occupants

A beautiful frontline golf villa situated in Los Arqueros in the foothills above San Pedro de Alcantara with commanding south facing views over the golf course to the sea. Set in mature gardens with a large fully equipped outdoor gazebo for alfresco dining, private pool and large terraces on all floors. The Villa contains three double and three twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The Villa is located on a quiet cul de sac villa only road on the Los Arqueros Golf Urbanization. It is perfectly located to take advantage of all the coast has to offer but is removed enough to afford a peaceful environment.

'Thank you so much for the use of your lovely Spanish home. We had a fabulous week here in perfect comfort. having both patios and a garden with a southerly aspect was just perfect. The photos on the website do not do it justice at all. We had many barbecues in the outdoor eating area but our favourite spot was on the living room terrace in the early evening. There was everything we could possibly have needed and the kids loved having pool toys and table tennis at thier disposal. We look forward to coming back again next year!'

Perfect Holliday

The villa is even better than the pictures show. It’s simply beautiful and very well decorated

The views are amazing

It was very clean and in good conditions

Before our arrival, Lloyd, the owner, was more than helpful providing with all the details and answering all the questions we had. Everything was easy and fast with him

During our stay, Jane and Martin took care of us and they were very charming and respectful

Of course I would recommend this property to everyone and we expect to come back soon

Perfect holiday

We recently stayed at this villa and had the most amazing holiday. The communication from owner in UK/housekeepers in Spain was second to none and we felt very looked after for our entire stay. The villa was spectacular..... Everything we could have asked for and more!

We were a party of 10 adults plus a 7 month old baby. They had everything there for us, including a portable high chair and a cot for my son. Directions to the villa were very accurate and it was easy to find. My mother (who is a keen golfer) greatly enjoyed playing on the course adjacent to the villa, even though it was a challenging 18 holes! She played on several courses during our week stay, and she enjoyed this course the most. Very well kept greens!

The outdoor dining areas the villa (including fridges) was perfect for evening times; watching the sunset over the golf course was beautiful. The range of dining areas in the villa was excellent, as was the pool and outdoor area. There were lots of pool games to play, and the table tennis was great fun! There are plants of places in the villa to socialise in, so even with a big party you are never under each others' feet! My brother enjoyed the TV room; such a range of sports on Sky during our stay!

The owner really had thought of everything with this villa to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Having both bath and beach towels at the villa was very handy.

I would highly recommend this as a holiday destination for any families/large groups. You are only 10 or so minutes from the coast, and there are other small towns within a 5 minute drive that are great for dinner/drinks in the evening, or a relaxed luncheon out!

San Pedro Beach is 10 mins drive. Puerto Banus is 15 mins away. There are numerous public beaches along the coast, our personal favourite being Laguna Village Puro beach near the Kepinski Hotel. Marbella is 15 mins drive away.


The nearest airport is Malaga. This is 40 miles away and the journey normally takes less than 50 mins on the fast autopista motorway. The Los Arqueros golf urbanisation is situated off the San Pedro de Alcantara to Ronda road. This is a beautiful, dramatic road twisting through the coastal mountain range into the interior.


Shops, restaurants and bars can be found aplenty in the nearby Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara, 10 mins drive from the villa. Unlike much of the Costa this is authentic Spain and mainly home to the Spanish rather than the tourists. For a more glamorous and glitzy nightlife and major league shopping Puerto Banus is less than 20 mins drive. There are a number of excellent restaurants within 10 mins drive. The local supermarket is 5 mins drive. There are also restaurants and bars 5 mins away

Further Details:

There is a local supermarket in Monte Halcones, less than 5 minutes drive and more substantial supermarkets in San Pedro. The local market in San Pedro is on Thursday. Puerto Banus contains numerous designer boutiques and the excellent Corte Ingles department store selling everything from sunglasses to kayaks!

The surrounding area is well populated with excellent restaurants. The beautiful pueblo blanco hillside town of Benahavis is only 15 minutes away by car and boasts numerous excellent restaurants.

The golf club restaurant serves good food and is a good choice for a night out if you don't wish to travel too far.

The Los Arqueros Urbanisation is situated off the Ronda road and a 50 minute car journey north through the breathtaking Andalucian mountains takes you to the historic town of Ronda. Other more local historic attractions include Casares and Gaucin.

For walkers the surrounding hills and mountains contain fantastic scenery and numerous challenges including the awesome La Concha at 1200 metres.

Booking Notes:
To secure dates a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. Full payment is to be made 2 weeks before arrival date. All payments are to be made by cheque or bank transfer. A contract will be provided prior to deposit payment. A security payment of £500 is required with the balance payment. This payment will be returned within 2 weeks from the end of the rental period if there has not been any damage.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but this is flexible. Arrival time is 3pm earliest. Departure time is 12pm latest. Time of arrival is negotiable.

Notes on prices:
The Villa is available to rent without the two bedroom garden apartment. A discount of £500 per week will be applied if the apartment is not required. The minimum rental period is one week.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa is air-conditioned and there is also underfloor heating. There is a large basement garage which can accommodate 2 cars. The villa is protected by a monitored alarm, private security patrol, wrought iron fence and electric front gates, electric garage door and electric door shutters. Children are more than welcome and there is a foldaway cot available for use. There are a number of board games, pool toys, sports equipment available for use including a table tennis and a cross trainer. The Villa benefits from a large terrace extension finished in 2011 and a complete refurnishing. Outside: The immaculate mature gardens provide a very peaceful setting. Adjacent to the kidney shaped heated pool is the newly built gazebo which is fully self-contained and includes, BBQ, fridge, dishwasher, sink and an impressive marble table and chairs to sit 8. In a separate area near the pool and below the main house there is an outdoor toilet. The villa is surrounded by established plants, herbs and fruit trees ensuring privacy. The Villa is located on a quiet cul de sac road of villas in the Los Arqueros urbanisation. There is little traffic on this road and it is safe for kids to ride bikes etc. The Villa benefits from extensive terracing on the first and ground floor which ample seating for relaxing or dining. Utility Room: The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement garage. There is also exercise equipment (weights, cross trainer, mats, abdominal exerciser) in the basement including tennis and paddle tennis rackets plus table tennis. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom and Beach towels and linen are included. The villa is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Maid service can be arranged. Provisions supplied prior to arrival on request. Other: The TV room contains a 60'' TV, DVD, Sky satellite box and a large modular sofa and swivel love seat.
