Our apartment has been furnished to a high standard and offers spacious living accommodation and everything you need for a perfect holiday. With a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine). 2 bathrooms with en suite providing a large corner bath. Apartment is located to all local amenties and the complex as a poolside bar which offers excellent food and drink.

Apartment is cleaned before your arrival and not during your stay. Please bring your own beach towels. Other: Balcony with patio table for 6 people.

a great apartment so easy to book

everything is nearby bars eating places and a ten minute stroll to the seafront .its great going down but some people might not like the walk uphill,so get a taxi its 3euroes.cant wait to stay there again.

Good sized apartment with large balcony not very far from restaurants and the beach

We have been in a variety of apartments in Oasis del Sur, Los Cristianos over the years.This apartment in Dinastia is a large , well equiped two bedroom with a great balcony. Although the balcony does not get full sunshine it is protected from the rain ( so you can sit out whatever the weather) and spacious enough to dine out and entertain. The whole apartment is kept very clean and well maintained.. It is perhaps looking a wee bit dated compared to some of the new builds around but the owners have obviously freshened up furniture and essentials.Located in a very quiet area within easy reach of restaurants, transport and the beach. Parking is easy on street around the apartment. Highly commended

Great, Spacious Apartment in Lovely Complex.

Large apartment with a reasonably large balcony (no sun through day) which is just above road level in a secure (gated with keys) and well kept complex. Its part residential which is good as it stops the pool area getting clogged all day as allot of the residents seem to be at work. Doors and windows all secure and have good locks which is reassuring. 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was a bonus on a morning. Well equipped with all the creature comforts including all free to air english TV channels which are all crystal clear on the TV, wi-fi which kept the kids happy and allows you to get on the internet without any nasty foreign charges 10 Mins to the beach but the pool area is very nice anyway so I preferred the pool. No daytime entertainment but my kids enjoyed the pool area allot anyway, no inflatables in the pool (didnt dare take any in but spanish law and the signs there prohibit it). Small 1E charge for a bed and 1E for a bed cushion by pool but I suppose it stops the big bed rush on a morning, didnt bother me as its not allot all said particuarly if you go to the beach some days during your holiday. Goodfellas bar area is really nice and bar lady is very nice, food and drinks all really reasonable. Small issue with communications with owners which could be slightly better, would benefit from an e-mail confirmation from owners when you book with a few details of what is going to happen after you book (when you get the keys, info on apartment etc) but all said and done good first experience on "owners direct" and probably more to do with my apprehension booking on a new site direct with new owners and would recomend the apartment.

Nice and clean. No sun at the Balcony. Lovely heated Pool. Well eqipped and god space for 4 adults.

Dinastia is 15 minutes from Tenerife south airport (usually 20 euros in taxi).

Bus terminal is only 5 minutes walk.

Taxi rank on the doorstep.


Local attractions include Jungle Park, Aqualand and boat trips for a great family holiday.

Other attractions are available by bus or taxi.

Further Details:

An abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all in close vacinity of Dinastia.

Bookings are normally taken Friday to Friday and we will try to be flexible regarding access to the apartment on arrival and departure.
