Traditional Styled Village house with stunning mountain views, offering Studio type accommodation on a self-catering Basis

If it’s a beach holiday with nearby pubs and nightlife you want, then this is not for you! We can't even offer a pool.

All we can offer is comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price in a quiet but lively village. Its not total isolation though.

There are two tavernas and three coffee shops plus a small village shop in case you have forgotten anything. better shop can be found in Eptagonia.

About Graham morris

We moved to Cyprus for good in December 2007 after many holidays here and other parts of the Med and Cyclades.

Caryn lived in Cyprus before and always wanted to return so my recent move with work gave us the opportunity.

Why Graham morris chose Limassol region

Since moving in we have made many friend both expats and locals. The locals in particular are the friendliest people you will meet so don’t think of your self as a stranger!

You can get the best of both worlds here as the City is only 25 minutes away as are the beaches. In the other direction are the beautiful Troodos mountains with their many walks and cycle paths.

You can also explore the heritage sites of which there are many. We Love the way of life and the return to old fashioned values and a slower pace of life.

What makes this house unique

The property is just five minutes walk from the village square where the local taverna’s offer a wide range of local food and beverages at surprisingly reasonable prices

We provide linen and most of what you will need for your stay even a welcome pack of provisions to get you started.

We offer all you need for comfortable relaxed holiday accommodation without the resort prices. So put your feet up and make the most of the holiday you’ve worked all year to earn. Some of our guests have been known to paint or even write a book.

Outside: Typical of this type of village property, there is a large roof terrace partly covered by a large clay tiled pergola the roof terrace offers mountain views, this includes a barbecue and food prep area, suitable for alfresco living. At the entrance to the property is a small patio overlooking the Olive, Orange, and Lemon trees, that the area is famous for. Utility Room: Fitted wardrobe, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Towels and linen included. A weekly linen change and cleaning service can be provided at a small extra cost (please enquire when booking) We prefer to leave customers undisturbed to enjoy their break.

Compact ideal studio apartment in wonderful setting

This small but adequate studio apartment, bed/living room with corner kitchen, bathroom and utility room is clean and comfortable. A great bonus is the roof deck. We were there in mid-March but still able to take advantage of it in the late afternoons when we returned from our trips out. In the summer months it would be excellent on warm nights, with a BBQ and a sink up there. There is also a neat little patio just outside the entrance door. We enjoyed being 'on the street', and greeting passers-by, who were all very friendly. During the winter months it was ideal for 2 of us, but the living conditions might be a bit tight for the 4 people it says can be accommodated. If the sofa bed was pulled down there wouldn't any space between the beds. It could be OK in the summer, but the sleeping arrangements would still be quite cozy.

The pre-departure information from the owner was excellent, lots of recommendations for places and items of interest and detailed instructions on how to use the equipment. Fortunately we had downloaded all his advice and instructions as there was not an internet connection and we couldn't find a hard copy of his information package at the property. It would be a useful addition to this lovely little studio apartment.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your kind words and in glad you enjoyed your stay. The guest information pack used to be left in the property but at the last update I followed another guest suggestion to just send an electronic copy since most folk have a tablet or phone these days. With regards to the Wi-Fi we have looked into it and it would cost 56€ per month for a basic 10mb package from Cyta. This is not currently worth it since we only take between 4 and 6 bookings a year and would have to add the cost to the booking somehow. But it is still under review as we feel we should be providing internet access. Many thanks for your feedback. Kind Regards Graham Morris

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem gut eingerichteten Häuschen. Besonders über das üppige Willkommenspaket haben wir uns um Mitternacht bei unsere Ankunft sehr gefreut.
