Situated on a lovely family oriented complex, this duplex apartment has two double rooms, a twin room and 2 fold out beds, 2 new bathrooms, a large lounge with TV, DVD, CD and a separate dining room,a lovely terrace with BBQ for outside dinning, large shared pool and children's play area. It is 5 mins from The Strip where you will find the best bars and restaurants in the area and only 5 mins from Albufeira old town. The nearest beaches are only a 5 min drive away (15min walk) where you will find sandy coves and lovely beach front cafes and restaurants and plenty of activities on offer. All linen and bath towels are provided (not beach towels). There are also 8 great golf courses within a 20 minute drive. The perfect central location for all the best the Algarve has to offer.

Notes on accommodation: Very spacious rooms, all bedrooms have fans and electric heaters for winter. Outdoor terrace for dining alfresco! Great secured pool and outdoor play area. Outside: Large grassed pool area, play area, football/volleyball area. Fantastic large pool, half of which is shallow, great for the kids. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bedlinen are provided and changed weekly. Cleaning is once weekly, but extra maid service can be arranged. (Beach towels not provided.) Other: Outside terrace with BBQ for outdoor dining, table and chairs.

Great location, close to everything.

Janine arranged seemelss transfers to and from the airport which avoided us having to hire a car. Apartment is in a good position, walking distance to supermarkets and bars/restaurants. Positioned past the the top end of the (quieter) strip. Pool area was great and very quiet. 20 min walk to the beach which we loved. Accommodation perfect for our family of 7. Kitchen well equipped, living accommodation comfortable. Nice balcony to have a BBQ or drink on.

No WIFI but you can get at most bars.

We have just returned from staying at this beautiful apartment. 15th-29th July 2017.

We arrived to find the apartment in pristine condition and a nice cold beer awaiting us in the fridge. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 children as 2 other friends had to pull out at the last minute. The apartment is beautifully presented and the added bonus of a fully fitted and furnished kitchen, really has everything you could possibly need.

The pool is shared and just to the rear of the property. It is secured for residents only which we had our own key to. Pool was great, large and clean. With plenty of space around it for games and sunbathing.

The location of the property is excellent. Whilst it is set in a peacefully quiet location, a short 5min walk will take you to the top of the strip which runs for about a mile straight to the beach, and is littered in Bars and restaurants. You will also find a mini supermarket a 5min walk from the apartment, which will more than cater for any needs you have, hot food counter, unreal meat counter for bbq's, alcohol, fruit&veg and general groceries.

After our first week, Janine the owner, had her cleaning team come in to change beds, towels and a general spruce up for us, which was a great touch.

Janine the owner was a fantastic help through our whole trip from first booking, right up till we arrived back home. Even sorting our transfers for us.

An overall fantastic apartment in a great location. Highly recommend. 5*

Comfy, Clean and Convenient

Very impressed with this property and with how well organised Janine was the correspondence throughout, not mention organise airport pick up and essentials for arrival i.e. water

Great for families as I went with my wife and child (3), sister, brother-in-law, niece (2) and Mum and Dad, so plenty of room.

Location is quiet but convenient

Would have no problem booking again

Family Holiday

We stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of September. The apartment was great and a really good size. The bedrooms are all a good size too. The pool is a 30 second walk through the locked gate behind the apartment. The terrace has a lovely BBQ. The apartment is in a good position, just a 5 minute walk from the top of the strip and the supermarket which is a great size and a great meat counter for a BBQ. The strip is great and has everything you will need, from eating to booking day trips. Do shop around for the trips as some places are cheaper than others. The beach is about 15-20 minute walk all the way down to the end of the strip and down the hill where they have a good variety of water sports and eateries.

Would certainly stay here again. Thanks Janine for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

excellent Apartment

We arrived o 25 September 2014 there was six of us from AGE 65 to AGE 13 we were more than surprised when we saw apt it was lovely and clean there was a bottle water tea bags plenty hot water for showers for 6 of us lovely beds and bedrooms lovely quite select area , 2 mins walk to strip 2 mins walk to eirns eile irish bar does a lovely breakfast i would highly recommend this apt for any age plenty room beautiful kitchen all mods and cons there is a large swimming pool wit play area very well kept and very private there is a bbq area plenty room to sit up to 8 people washing machine and line area to dry clothes hair driers in every room we loved it go back again i have been going since 2003 and this is the best apt we have stayed in Thank you Janine

Had a wonderful time at the apartment well maintained with new bathrooms and very clean. Situated at the top of the strip out of the noise but in walking distance to everything (bars, restaurants, coffee shops, taxi stand,beach,supermarket). The apartment is fully equiped with everything you require for a holiday. Great having a washing machine if you just take hand luggage (which we did). The apartment also has a bbq if you fancy a night in. My favourite part of the apartment is the fact that you generally have the pool to yourself as not many residents use it.

Favourite restaurant is Manels at the top of the strip best piri piri chicken!! Old town Albufira is a lovely place to visit too, either through the day or at night.

Would highly reccommend this apartment for families or groups of friends. Cant wait to go back

Some of the best beaches in the Algarve are within a 15 min walk. The beautiful Sta Eulalia beach is only a 5 minute drive, and has a lovely cafe and 2 beach front restaurants.


Faro airport is only a 20 minute ride away which will only cost aprox 35 euros in a taxi. Car hire is not needed.


Located in a quiet condominium at the top of The Strip, where all the best bars, restaurants and shops are located and only a 5 minute drive from Albufeira.

You will find all necessities within walking distance. There are a large number of eateries, bars, clubs and lovely shops all down the strip and surrounding area. There are plenty of places to see and excursions you can go to, all by bus if you don't want to drive. There is zoomarine, waterslide parks, zebra safari, the local markets and marinas, there really is something to suit everyones taste nearby.
