Villa Cristina is such a lovely spacious villa with a large pool in a quiet residential area close to the Arenal beach with all the restaurants, bars and nightlife. All my guests love the villa and many have visited more than once because they so enjoyed the facilities. There is plenty of parking in the drive for several cars and the garden, surrounded by beautiful palm trees is totally secluded and all on one level with the ground floor and pool, - wheelchair friendly and ideal for elderly relatives.

What makes this villa unique

Javea is the pearl of the Costa Blanca - a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday as it has something for everyone all year, from summer beach holidays to late season golf, walking or climbing holidays.The villa has air conditioning, Wi-fi (for working guests) UK TV and is ideal for large family events and sports groups. The villa has an inside pool table, and outside table tennis and badminton and pool toys for children and a spacious covered outside dining area to seat 16 - 18 people, close to the large open kitchen, BBQ and pool.

The villia is so beautiful in a lovely area with beautiful views which can be seen from private terrace.Christine was very welcoming and friendly she made sure we had everything we needed.There is lots of space for a large family or group of people.You can walk down to the beach which has lots of shops and great restaurants which provide lovely food.The pool is a good size and entertained my children for the week this was the best family hoilday we have had and we are hoping to return next year.I would recommend this to my family and friends.

villa cristina

Christine was very welcoming on our arrival and incredibly helpful when booking and even arranged our transfers. she also gave us great advice on places to visit and eat out. there were 17 of us in total that stayed at the villa which was more that comfortable and very clean on our arrival. the pool was of a good size and kept the children and adults very entertained on the hot summer days. i would most definitely recommend this villa to large families or groups ,( which i have already done since being home) the beach was beautiful and has lots of lovely restaurants,shops and bars.

Fantastic villa, Christine couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The villa is excellent inside both in terms of size and standard of decor. Outside the pool is a good size and the table tennis is excellent! The local prom is beautiful with a lovely beach and great bars to eat and drink.

Villa Cristina

We are an extended family of 13 and our party included three infants under 2 yrsVilla Cristina could be fabulous but is in need of some tender loving care.It needs decluttering inside and out and some of the beds need replacing.We were unlucky weather wise and had 4 days of storms and very heavy rain resulting in flash flooding in the Arenal beach area.The villa leaked badly into 3 of the 7 bedrooms resulting in wet bedding and clothes, no hot water,no TV reception etc Compensation was requested but although Christine the owner was attentive and came when asked we had to deal with the consequences ourselves.One of the babies cots was saturated and on their final night they had to move out along with their damp clothes into hotel accommodation.The pool area is very overgrown making the outside shower area inaccessible this combined with a leak from the top of the villa roof dripping onto the patio and garden area resulting in a constant stream of muddy water just outside the rear patio door.Positives are that the villa is roomy there are plenty of bathrooms,2 kitchens,2 living areas,swimming pool was clean and a good size,the upper terrace is lovely but again cluttered with umpteen folded chairs,Arenal beach is great,local restaurants were good reasonable priced and all made us very welcome.Car recommended as the walk to Arenal beach is along a very busy road with no pavements.Good supermarkets nearby and the villa is situated in a nice quiet residential area.We could only recommend this villa to groups of students unless it gets a much needed revamp. Finally Christine needs to engage professional cleaners as the cleanliness of certain areas was not up to speed.

R&R with friends & family

Villa Christina is somewhere to relax & enjoy, it's extremely spacious & comfortably homely. The pool is great. It was very hot when we were there & I think a walk into town would have been more than 15 mins, but the drive down & parking were fine. Many restaurants & shops and a lively nightlife with the villa on the hill in the peace & quiet to return to. Christine is very welcoming & nothing is too much trouble.

Arenal sandy beach and promenade is within 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking distance for shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife etc. Thereare several other rocky coves and shingle beaches within easy driving distance.


Nearest airports: Alicante and Valencia both approx. 100km from Javea. (1½ hours drive). A hire car or use of a car is essential.


Javea village is 5km from the villa. Javea Port is also 5km away. Denia is approx. 15km away.

Further Details:

TheArenalarea offers all the amenities needed including, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The historic old town of Javea is very interesting with a museum. Javea Port is very attractive with lots of pavement cafes, tapas bars and a busy fish market. Further afield near Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar for Dolphins and other animals. Benidorm Palace for a super, glamorous night out with floorshow and dinner.
