Villa Solaria has a 24 hours security alarm, safe. The security company will contact the police, hospital or fire service in an emergency. 3 mins drive to the pueblo in one of the most sought after residential areas in Benalmadena, only 5 minutes walk beach. Worderful sandy beache. This is a luxurious villa set in Pprivate large grounds of 1,700 sq.m., with mature trees. 5 mins walk to the beach. Its own private swimming pool which is completely enclosed and not overlooked. Ideal for those too shy to sunbathe topless or but would like to do so in private confine of this estate. Ideal for 2 or 3 families wishing to share large spacious accommodation. 2 living rooms, 7 double bedrooms with 6 having ensuite facilities and all having access to individual shower, table tennis, basketball. Internet and telephone access. We have to shower rooms with disable facilities. The main bedroom on ground floor has disabled ensuite and so does another one on the lower ground floor, being swimming pool level facilities whilst. The ground floor is wheelchair friendly but help is needed to access the lower ground level.

Why Maria Angeles chose West Costa del Sol

This is an amazing property for a large family. The weather in Benalmadena is fantastic at about 10 months of the year, even January or February you can expect 18/20 degrees day time temperature, normally about 10 degrees more than the UK.

We aare close to the airport which means that when you reach Malaga airport you only have about a 20 minute drive to Villa Solaria.

What makes this villa unique

The villa is perfect for large family groups. There is always one part of the house or garden where you able to escape and have a couple of uninterrupted hours on your own if needed.

We have two bathrooms adapted with disabled facilities, and a ramp leading to the swimming pool for wheelchair users.

We bathed the every day in the swimming pool.

The villa is very comfortable and is very well maintained.

It is ideally placed to play the golfs east of Marbella.

Notes on accommodation: There are 7 double bedrooms with double beds of diff single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Cots are available at £20 each. High chair available. The villa has been adapted with disable facilities on the ground floor. Disable access, bathroom with wet room and disable shower chair. There is an outside ramp leading to the swimming pool area, but assistance will be required to go to the lower ground level. This is a very spacious villa set on 3 floors and is ideal for 2 or 3 families wishing to have a holiday together. The villa has 4 separate terraces, there are 2 separate living rooms and kitchens, with 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges etc, in case you should wish to have more privacy. Outside: The villa has 4 separate terraces; the loft terrace has panoramic views to die for of both the mountains and the sea. There is a large private secluded swimming pool with various terrace areas around the pool. Barbecue and sun loungers by the pool. The grounds extend to over 1,700 meters with mature trees and shrubs. There is a table tennis and a basket ball for the older children to enjoy by the swimming pool. Ample secure parking space within the grounds. Utility Room: 2 washing machines, 2 diswasher, 2 large fridges. Extremely well equipped. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Change of linen and clean towels provided on stays of more than 7 days. Maid service or daily cleaning can be arranged, charged on an hourly rate. of 10 Euros and hour. beach towels for hire at £1.50 each. cots charged at £20 each.

Ideal house for a family holiday

We were a large family group of 8 adults and 5 young children, but there was lots of room for all. The house and pool are lovely, and the house itself was very clean, well equipped and maintained. The immediate surroundings are quiet, being residential but not that interesting and the sea is about 15 minutes walk away. The local trains run nearby and the main coastal road is only 2 minutes drive away. There are numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive. The owner was a joy to deal with and there is very helpful lady who lives locally who is on hand to deal with any problems or questions.

Lovely holiday villa with space for your friends and family

Absolutely lovely villa. Just like we expected it. Very nice manager Barbara. All the people around the house.. The gartner.... Cleaner were very pleasant people. We were 15 people and there was enough space and terrasses for everyone. We loved it! Only minus perhaps was that The closest well stocked supermarket was a bit far away up in the Pueblo Village... A 10 minutes drive away up a steep Hill. Though the Village was absolutely gorgeous.

Fantastic villa for large family

Villa was spacious, well maintained, clean, perfect for an extended family of 15, including 10 adults and five children (two of which were babies).

Nothing was too much trouble for Angelines, everything requested was catered for without any trouble, would definitely recommend villa to friends and relatives

What a beautiful villa.........

From the moment we booked to the moment we left we have been looked after without any problems. Maria is very helpful and keeps intouch with all the information and details that you need, Barbara is amazing with the info and even got us in a little bit early on arrival day which made a huge difference. Her knowledge of the area is brilliant and the little tips of where to go makes a difference in a strange town. The villa was better that we could have dreamed with a big pool and loads of space even tho there were 14 of us, the two kitchens helped so we had a food fridge and a drinks fridge so there were always cold. The supermarket Mercado isn't too far away and the taxi is cheap so worth doing big shops as the smaller ones are more expensive. We used the bus to Benalmedena and Fuengirola which was really easy but I must say the hill you have to walk is steep and not pleasant during the very hot days so I would definetly use a taxi. Our favourite dinner was in the Pueblo at the top of the hill, you MUST see this place its beautiful a real treat on your doorstep. All in all we had a fab holiday in a fab villa with fab weather. See you again soon.....x

Villa Solaria - perfect accommodation!

Our family group of 7 adults and 4 children (aged 10 months to 9 years) arrived late in the evening. We were met by Babbs who showed us round and immediately made us welcome. Everything was ready for us and we were all very impressed with the villa - its space, furnishings and facilities.

The week flew by as we enjoyed the pool, table tennis, Benalmadena Pueblo, the beach and the harbour. The villa's design is excellent with plenty of room for communal living but also space to escape if necessary!

Babbs was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the week, but never intrusive. She even arranged our transport back to the airport. (Malagaminibus.com - excellent!)

This was a special holiday for our family and was thoroughly enjoyed by us all. We couldn't have chosen better accommodation. Thank you Angelina!

Great for walking holidays, rural/countryside retreats, sports, tennis in town, beach or lakeside relaxation, a winter sun break, good nightlife, city breaks, cycling holidays, skate boarding in Arroyo de la Miel.

Coast/Beach:

Fantastic sandy beaches. Neares is 5 mins walk with local bars and chiringuitos on the beach. Torrequebrada, Playa Blanca, Playa Carvajal and Kalifa are the nearest beaches.

Travel:

Airport: Malaga 15 km.

Railway: Torremuelle.

Ferry: Malaga 20 km.

Fly to Malaga, Benalmadena is 15 min drive from the airport.

Monarch and BA offer a very good competitive service, but most airlines fly to Malaga airport.

Car hire, I can recommend Sixt, they collect you at the door and offer new and very clean cars at competitive prices.

Distances:

5 mins walk to the beach.

Malaga Airport is 15 minutes drive away. Granada is 1 hours drive, easy to visit in a day, and Sevilla, Cordoba a couple of hrs away. Marbella is only 20 mins away on the motorway.

Fuengirola is walking distance. Benalmadena Pueblo is 2/3 minutes in the car.

Further Details:

Benalmadena/Benalmadena Costa area is rich in history with a museum, a castle and sports centres, with the best golf courses in the area.

Some of the best restaurants I have eaten in are Benalmadena Pueblo: Fidels, La Perla, El Higueron and Airen, are all excellent first class and highly recommended and are within 2/5 mins drive away. Excellent Tapas Bars. The "Menu del Dia" is 7 euros per person = £4.80 for a 3 course meal which included a glass of wine or a beer.

Tivoli World, cable cars, horse riding, aquarium sea life, Selwo Marina, snake farm, and water parks. Puerto Marina is best known for its nautical sports facilities and cruises, and is open to everyone to visit during the day, plenty of restaurants and nightlife.

Saturday. Leaving 7 days between one booking and the other, so that other clients have 7 whole days in which to book the villa.
