Frontline apartment (Refurbished to a very high standard) in the trendy Puerto Portals area of Mallorca. This spacious 3 bedroom apartment has a large balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens and large communal swimming pool (with shallow area for little ones). The apartment is air conditioned and has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom, lounge with open plan kitchen, two bathroom/shower rooms and dining area on the spacious terrace. Always cleaned to a very high standard with sheets and bedding professionally laundered and ironed. Stroll around the picturesque marina with its many superb restaurants, bars and shops. There are several golf courses nearby including the luxury Royal Bendinat Golf course (Just 10 mins away).

We live in Sussex but have been lucky enough to see quite a lot of the world. Ian lived in Barcelona for 6 years and also worked in America for 1 year but now has a business in Sussex but work still requires regular trips to different parts of the globe. Ian has 3 sons and Lisa has a son and a daughter. Mallorca has been a holiday home for the past 7 years.

Why Ian and Lisa chose Calvia - Andratx Region

We chose this property because it is in one of the nicest places on the island. Everything is pretty much open all year round, you have the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee shops all within a few moments walk. You are a 20 min taxi ride from the airport and once you arrive you really don't need a car unless you want one. On top of that the gardens and pool are secluded and the marina is busy but not noisy. Perfect!

Notes on accommodation: This is perfectly suited for families with children or 5 adults alike. You have the best of all the worlds. A pool, a sandy beach and an attractive port with shops and restaurants just moments away. Outside: Beautifully landscaped gardens (approx 1000 sq.m.) with shade and sun. A large swimming pool with seperated children's area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels (not beach towels) are provided for the apartment and all the beds are prepared with beautiful freshly ironed linen ready for you. We are happy to arrange for the linen to be changed during the rental period at extra cost. Other: Spacious sunny terrace with dining table and chairs.

Fabulous....spotlessly clean apartment

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. We did miss an outside balcony, even with the sliding windows. Pool area very nicely kept, although the addition of sun loungers would be an added bonus.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind comments and it was a pleasure to have you to stay. We had to replace bifold windows as they were unreliable however if you pull the sliding ones fully back and open the side one you can get close to al fresco dining! There are several reclining sun chairs for use by the pool, we will look to replace with sun loungers. I will pass your kind comments to my cleaner. Thanks again. Ian & Lisa

Perfect location for a family holiday

The apartment was clean and comfortable with facilities that assist a family with a 6 month and 2 1/2 year old. My grandson loved the pool and the apartment is very close to the beach. With a short transfer to and from the airport, this apartment is ideal for the family.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All bank, transfer fees and currency exchange costs associated to each rental transaction are to be paid by the persons renting the property. In peak season (June through September and school holidays) rental is Saturday to Saturday only, this is due to client preference. Minimum rental price is 5 days unless otherwise agreed with owner. Stays of less than 5 nights in duration incur an additional once-only end-of-stay cleaning fee of £99.
