Air-conditioning 8 euros per week which is enough for all night for seven nights in the apartment. There is a meter for additional air conditioning if required. Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning throughout apartment with 8 euros paid for per week. There is a meter if extra air conditioning is required. Radiators for heating in the winter. Outside: Two communal pools 15 feet by 10 feet. No life guard. Patio with table and chairs for two people, two sun beds. Underground parking Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and linen included, not beach towels. Cleaning and towels and linen changed during visit for an extra 75 euros.

Special interest holidays:

Golf holidays. Bicycles for hire £25 each per week, 2 ladies and 2 mens available. The Mar Menor is ideal for cyclists as the area is so flat. Beach club now open on La Manga.

Tennis court and paddle tennis courts .


2 kms to the Mar Menor beaches. Seven main blue flag beaches along the tideless Mar Menor. Peaceful and relaxing, ideal for young children.


Murcia - San Javier is fifteen minutes drive away. Alicante airport is an hour's drive away. Car hire recommended.


Los Alcazares is 2 kms away. Murcia is 20 minutes drive away. Cartagena is 30 mins drive away. Close to motorway.

Further Details:

There is an abundance of restaurants in Los Alcazares. On site there is a restaurant at the golf club house. By 2008 the beach club situated on the Mar Menor will be ready.

Supermarket on site. Restaurant in clubhouse. Coffee, snacks and lunches available. Small shop on site. Recommend golf club for meals.
