Armacao de Pera has one of the finest and largest sand beaches in the Algarve which is only a 4 minute walk from the apartment.
Faro airport is approximately 47km from apartment which is a 40 minute drive. Car hire is not essential, however, there are several local car hire companies in Armacao de Pera and many competitive rental companies available online that offer the ability to collect the car from the airport.

Carvoeiro - 8km.
Portimao - 20km.
Faro Airport - 47km.
Guia - 7km - Algarve shopping centre and the popular attraction ZooMarine.
The apartment is within walking distance of the town which hosts a selection of shops, nightlife, bars, cafes and restaurants which are more reasonably priced than Albufeira. There are many attractions close to Armacao de Pera including Slide and Splash, Aqualand Algarve, ZooMarine and Algarve shopping centre, with a large selection of shops, tenpin bowling, cinemas and restaurants.
- Booking Notes:
25% deposit is required to secure a booking (not refundable). Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Breakage deposit of £100/148 euros per rental is also required 6 weeks before arrival but is refunded in full on receipt of keys and if there are no breakages.
On change over days where I have clients leaving and arriving on the same day I will need the apartment vacated by 10am and clients arriving can come any time after 2pm.
(we can let guest leave there bags in the apartment though)
Changeover is flexible.

- Notes on accommodation: The swimming pool is for the sole use of guests of the building. The apartment is air-conditioned. This is a non-smoking apartment, but guests may smoke on balconies, provided they use ashtrays. There is a secure underground car parking facility. Outside: There is a communal swimming pool with landscaped terracing that can be used for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a roof terrace which takes advantage of the beautiful views and can be used by guests. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels as these are not supplied. Other: Kitchen and lounge balconies benefit from outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a relaxing start to your day.
