This beatifully decorated and furnished 2 en-suite bedroom apartment is in one of the most popular complexes in Tenerife. Located on the first floor it has a terrace with sea views. With a well maintained shared pool and pool side bar, the beach, bars, excellent restaurants, nite-clubs, watersports and all amenities within walking distance. This apartment is guaranteed to suit all age groups but because of the peacefulness of the area it is ideally suited to families and couples. The apartment is fan-cooled with all mod cons, including TV (LCD) receives BBC1/2 ITV1 CH4 CH5 + Sky, DVD and CD player.The apartment has also private wifi. The comfort of both bedrooms is enhanced with en-suite bathrooms. The through lounge contains a comfortable double sofa
and there is a newly fitted kitchen and dining table that seats 4. The airport is 15/20 mins away.
Just had a week at this lovely cosy apartment.
It had 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 x double & 1 x twin both with en-suites, full kitchen facilities, wi-fi and tv with sports, bbc, itv etc along with a dvd player and playstation, home from home really.
The location is spot on in want to be central, without the hustle and bustle, its next to the patch, and a few mins walk to Veronicas and Starco or you can go the other way and head towards to the safari centre, which we did most nights.
The pool area is lovely and the pool was warm enough to swim as we were in it every day, and for 2 sunbeds with comfy mattresses its only 8 euro, the pool bar is also very reasonable.
Overall the apartment was clean and very comfortable, with a large double balcony with side sea view and you get the sun for most of the morning, so we enjoyed breakfast alfresco everyday.
We´ll be back.
The appartment is basic and clean - the photos look good and the appartment doesn't live up to these.
The living room furniture is very uncomfortable and dated, the sofa's are sofa beds and the cushions are worn and ripped covered up with throws. There is a spurious pull down bed in the hallway - why? The curtains in the master bedroom and living rooms are short and let in lots of light (blackout blinds would have been ideal).
The write up of the property sounds great but what isn't mentioned are the numerous bars and hotels at the rear of the property that are VERY noisy until 1AM (Marquee, Brewers Droop, Anchor, Kippis, Crystals Palace to name a few).
The pool is lovely and well laid out a real sun trap, the pool isn't busy this is probably to do with the fact that a charge of €4 per sunbed per day is charged.
The property is well located the beach is very close, shops and restaurants are plentiful.
Photographs looked great but when we arrived furniture was really worn. Sofa bed didn't pull out no doors to the ensuite , just an arch. Bedrooms were ok but ceiling fan in main bedroom almost coming of ceiling. Great location but needs updating. Very clean.
What a find.....a lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment with everything you could need. Excellent communication between myself and the owner any questions I had were answered immediately. Excellent location for pubs and restaurants. Complex is very quiet with an pool bar serving delicious food until 7 oclock. I would highly recommend this apartment .
I stayed here for a week with my husband and have to say its 1 of the best apartments we've stayed in on Parque Santiago 2. Both bedrooms are ensuit which is great for when we return again in March with friends. Ceiling fans throughout and a lovely large patio taking in the beautiful mountain views. Apt was very clean and well equipped and contact with the owners was very simple and they answered any questions you had on the apartment. Can't wait to return again in March and I'd recommend this apartment to any1. Thanks Paul and looking forward to our next stay

Changeover is flexible. Apartment is available from 13:00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure. There are facilities for securely leaving baggage.
