About the property


Haus Hislop has 4 luxurious apartments with modern facilities. The house is situated in the heart of Inneralpbach with restaurants, hotels and bars in the immediate vicinity. For winter, Haus Hislop is based right in the epicentre of the Ski Juwel resort. The resort has 145 kms of ski runs and 47 lifts all covered on one lift pass. And for those who like to take easy, there are 29 mountain restaurants and huts for you to relax in. Haus Hislop is 3 minutes’ walk away from the Ski School and T-Bar which connects with the two gondolas accessing both ski regions. In Spring, Summer and Autumn the Alpbach valley is the ideal starting point for beautiful walks and bike tours. Mountains and nature combine to form the centre of an enjoyable holiday. Over 900km of well marked walking paths and mountain bike trails await. The natural deep blue lakes and rivers in the area are perfect for swimming, boating, diving, splashing around, wild water tubing, rafting, kayaking or just relaxing.

About The Owner

I'm originally from Haworth in West Yorkshire. I came skiing and then visited in the summer and loved it so much I came here and set up Haus Hislop. I can help out with all aspects from tranfers, booking resturants, getting shopping in and providing info (and photos) of activities and things to do etc. Nothing is too much trouble. Why The Owner chose Alpbachtal

I'd holidayed in The Wonderful Alpbachtal in different times of the year and found it to be such a great and beautiful place. The people are very friendly and it seemed to have everything. Stunning scenery and wonderful weather. 4 well defined seasons. The weather is a major factor. More often than not the sky is blue and the sun is shinning.

I actually bought the land, the local bank invested in me and Haus Hislop was built. Now 5 years on everything is great and I have built up a superb customer based. Some of my guests will be on their 6th visit next year!

Inneralpbach is such a delightful place. It's a hamlet deep in the heart of the valley. There are still 105 working farms in the Alpbach about the same number as a hundred years ago. It feels like a place that time has stood st

What makes this apartment unique

Inneralpbach, with its wonderful situation, having walking routes that start here in the village, together with ski lifts and runs also right from the centre, is quite unique. With the free bus service many people find they don’t actually need a car.

It's such a cute place, the bulidings are all tradtionally Tyrolean. Due to a law made in 1956 to ensure the place keeps it's unique and unspoilt look. It is the place where the streets have no names.

Within a few minutes there are three restaurants, several bars and the local brewery.

Just up the hill behind us is a very old farm, now the Heimat museum – the Vorder-Unterberg Farm complete with its own chapel and smokery, built in 1636-38 and lived in until 1952.

Booking Notes:
The apartments price is based on 2 people. And the 3rd and 4th pay €10 a night each. The penthouse is based on 4 people, 5th-10th person are €15 per night. Under 2 year old are free.

No bookings of less than a week during the ski season. In winter low under a week (min of 3 nights) considered.

Deposits of €150 per apartments, €300 penthouse is required to reserve (refundable and taken off the balance). Balance payable during the holiday. Deposits payable by bank transfer.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday in the Winter season.
