Prior to arriving we were in regular contact with the owner who had provided clear and concise directions, and had arranged for us to be met at our preferred time at the apartment for the handover. We were shown the apartment, which was clean and tidy and exactly as described. We were shown how appliances worked and given the apartment managers mobile telephone number should we need it. During our holiday we found that the apartment was quiet and the other occupants considerate and friendly. The owner had given us an informative and quite comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants in the local area which we found to be accurate and very useful. Antibes itself we found to be beautiful and relaxing, and the ideal holiday for us. I can honestly say that we would highly recommend this property and we are seriously considering it again for our holiday next year.

The location of Residence Saramartel is perfect, and we are located within a peaceful residential area surrounded by trees. You will find many public and private beaches all within five minutes walk, with many beaches offering refreshments and facilities.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Nice International at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : A selection of beach and town center bars at 200 Metres Nearest Train : Juan les Pin train station at 400 Metres Nearest Restaurant : A selection of beach and town center restaurants at 200 Metres Nearest Beach : Many private and public beaches at 200 Metres Car: not necessary

Located within easy walking distance for all the local attractions of Juan les Pin and Antibes - the Chateaux, Picasso museum and Provencal market that opens each day, along with Port Vauban marina renowned throughout the world as a place where super yachts gater.

The Mimosa Flower Festival and Carnival of Nice, the Cannes Film Festival in May, the Jazz Festival during July in Juan, Monaco Grand Prix and the Principality, Grass with its perfumeries, and many medieval villages are all easily accessible.

Local supermarkets, banks and all amenities are all within five minutes walking distance of the apartment.

Coast/Beach:- The sandy beaches of Juan les Pin and the private beaches of the Cap are within five minutes easy walking distance.

Travel:- the train station of Juan les Pin is located within ten minutes walk from the apaprtment, and provides regular access to the whole of the Cote d'Azur.

Nice airport is 15km (approx. 30 mins drive) from the apartment.

Car hire not essential.

A regular bus service is also available within walking distance of the apartment.

From the Owner

We love to walk from the apartment along the coast in the direction of Cap d'Antibes, passing the fabulous mansions, Belle Rives Hotel and a small port where you can picnic. You will then find the famous Eden Roc Hotel located on the right hand side, and we recommend that you walk down the drive, follow the entrance for the pool and enjoy drinks on the terrace, the views are amazing!

Additional bed linen and sets of towels are charged at £50 per set. A mandatory cleaning fee of £35 is charged per stay.
