The property is very spacious and well appointed, with a south facing balcony. It is ideal in summer and winter to suit beach lovers and walkers alike. Beautiful beaches are only 10 minutes drive away and walks for all abilities can be accessed directly from the village. A thriving authentic Spanish village with an abundance of charm and surprises; you will discover many wonderful restaurants and bars. For those seeking livelier entertainment, then the town of Nerja is only a stones throw away, with buses running every half an hour.

Fabulous

On arrival we were met with a warm greeting from the meet and greet person, who explained all and made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. After having arrived late the night before, we were delighted to wake to the scenery surrounding the apartment as well as the tranquil atmosphere. The mountains surrounding are just breath taking, and having gone in October we were able to explore the many footpaths surrounding Friggliana, and enjoyed some wonderful walks.

The apartment was lovely, being spacious , and well kitted out with everything we needed. We spent many evenings sitting on our balcony watching the sun go down , with a lovely glass or two of the local Riocha, before heading into the village for a meal at one of the local restaurants. We loved the village and its local people, and enjoyed the unspoilt Spanish streets, cafes, and market.

For us, the apartment had a wonderful combination of quiet relaxation , being also private and clean. The pool, was also a lovely place to relax and enjoy an afternoon siesta in the apartment's pretty gardens. We will be back next year for more. Thankyou!

Great, cozy appartment

Car: recommended

Travel:

The apartment is situated 40 mins from Malaga airport and about 70 mins from Granada.

Car hire is not essential as there is a regular bus service to Nerja and Frigiliana daily. There is even a bus from Malaga for a few euros which runs every hour or so.Car hire is helpful to explore the region.

Distances:

Nerja is the nearest town, and Granada is about 70 mins; Cordoba about two hours by car.

Further Details:

The village has a range of small grocery shops, a large selection of lovely restaurants and a bank. We can arrange to do a small shop in preparation for your arrival if necessary. All guests are met on arrival and shown to the apartment.
