Beach Apartment in Vale do Lobo, Algarve - Right Next To The Beach, Pools And Praca

Our apartment at Vale do Lobo is situated over 3 floors, right next to the beach, Praca and pools. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, 2 double sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a south facing sea views on to the Ocean. It has a good sized balcony for dining or just sitting with a glass and a book, and a roof top sun terrace. Convenient for the restaurants and facilities at the Praca, and the Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean golf courses. Golf discounts available at most local clubs.

About Delia Parker

We are a family of four and took the decision to buy in Vale do Lobo over 13 years ago, having visited the Algarve for many years (with a golfer in the family, an obvious destination!) and Vale do Lobo itself a couple of times. Our apartment is very much a home from home, fully equipped with everything we need whilst away. Its close proximity to the beach and the Praca, has been a godsend for us with growing children.

The children love it here and have made some great holiday companions over the years (as have we!) All our holidays are spent here, as the beaches, sunshine, golf and great food and wine are all available and all a family need for a great holiday..

Why Delia Parker chose Loule region

The beaches, the resort itself offering good management, security, and everything on site, should you choose not to venture out - although we would thoroughly recommend visiting the beautiful surrounding countryside, beaches and local restaurants.

What makes this apartment unique

Our property is appealing mainly because it has the advantage of being at the front, so is within a 2 min walk of the beach and all the amenities. Vale do Lobo is a fantastic resort, but some of the properties are 20 mins walk to the beach, which on a hot sunny day, can be a bit daunting. With our property, we are up and out and on the beach/by the pool within 2-3 mins! A definite advantage when you have small children to co-ordinate! Location, Location, Location!!

Thanks for a great stay! Location of the apartment is excellent, being only 100 yards fromt the beach and restaurants. Everything from start to finish was first class and would certainly look to return soon!

Booking Notes:
A securing deposit must be paid on time of booking. This is 50% of the total booking cost. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. Sorry this property is not available for groups of young adults.

Changeover Day:
Flexible but would prefer Saturday in Peak Season.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
The Easter break for 2015, 27th March - 13th April will be charged at £550 per week
Pro-rata rates are also available for long weekends if available.
Payments can also be received in Euros.
Discounts for late bookings and long winter lets.
