Apartment in Aphrodite Hills, Kouklia, Paphos, Cyprus - Central Yet Quiet Location

One of few apartments on the famous Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort that enjoy spectacular, completely unobstructed ravine, sea and golf views. The apartment is O5 located at Adonis Village . To get to Adonis Village turn right at the resort entrance roundabout and then after 20 m turn right into the Adonis Village entrance. At the small roundabout at the entrance of the village turn left and follow the road upwards, the apartment is 30 m up the road on the right, it has tow large pine and two cypress trees in front of it. The one bedroom apartment has a 35 m2 shaded patio which allows al fresco dining at all times and private sunbathing on the lounge chairs. It is located about 200m from the Golf Club House and 5 Star Intercontinental Hotel and 250m to the Village Square which features several restaurants, a COSTA coffee, a pub, shops including a pharmacy and a first class children’s play area. The resort Health Centre is also here. A very large, ultra modern Spa is next to the Village Square and offers a huge, fully equipped exercise room, aerobics programs, many specialized treatment rooms, saunas, hamams and a wonderful disappearing edge pool with the sea directly behind it, perfect for relaxation. Notes on accommodation: Excellent for children because of the location, large and quiet common pool and access to the resort's children's play ground. Outside: The large common pool is about 12x6m and there is also a shallow children's pool. The compound is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekly cleaning and change of towels. Additional midweek cleaning and towel change at £25 extra. Please request when booking. Other: Outdoor veranda 35m2 in area with nice plants. Covered by electrically operated shade with dining table for al fresco dining at all times with 6 chairs. Two loungers for private sunbathing also provided.

Beautiful View

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It had a nice feel to it the moment I arrived. The balcony is a good size, plenty of room for sun bathing and dinning, the view down the Valley to the sea are just beautiful. A short stroll, about 6 houses and you have a lovely community pool which is well looked after and a good size and rarely had more than a few people there. If you walk the other way you have the village square, with a well stocked supermarket (was a little on pricey side)

plenty of restaurants, the golf club and the Retreat Spa which is exceptional.

I had a marvellous week and hope I will go back again soon.

Great apartment - highly recommended

Very well appointed apartment with wonderful balcony with terrific view. Shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Golf, tennis and spa very close. Would highly recommend.

Superb spot for relaxing holiday

I found this compact but very well equipped apartment absolutely ideal for my recent stay. The massive east facing terrace has many merits. Sun for almost all the day, an automatic sunscreen, protection from the wind and lovely views and also private. Absolutely brilliant.

Pool mere footsteps away and never busy. Indeed, it was often just me using it.

I was in Aphrodite Hills for a wedding. And the apartment could hardly be closer to the resort amenities. There are some perfectly adequate eateries on site. The Village Square pub is pleasing. Also Costa (from where I accessed the web during my stay). Beware the most expensive supermarket on Cyrpus also on site. Try and shop elsewhere.

The bus stop for the 631 very close to the apartment proved vital. You can get to and fro Paphos for 1.5 Euro in a both 40 minutes. The bus going to the harbour stop there.

All in all a very enjoyable trip. happily commend this apartment to you for singles or couples who want a truly quiet and relaxing holiday. I shall hopefully stay again.

Great location

Small and tidy apartment, had everything we needed. The huge balcony really made it for us as this has beautiful views. Really good location for walking to the communal pool and village square.

The nearest beach is about 500m from the apartment at the entrance to the resort. It is a pebbled beach and extremely quiet. Other sandy beaches are within 10km especially the resort beach club which is a first class facility accessible by bus from the hotel.


Paphos International Airport is at a distance of 10km from the Resort. Car hire is recommended if you intend to travel outside the resort.


Distance to Paphos is 25km and to Limassol 50km. The wonderful Pissouri Bay Beach is within 10 mins drive from the aprtment.

Further Details:

Shops, restaurants and all other facilities are within a 250m distance from the apartment.
