A beautiful luxury villa (being only 1 of 3) set behind secure gating with exclusive use of your own private pool. Furnished to the highest standards, offering privacy and access to local culture, as well as countryside views. A large terrace perfect for alfresco dining with covered barbecue area. This is an ideal family holiday home centrally located to explore the region. The historic cobbled medieval town of Obidos is 10 minutes away with restaurants, shops and numerous festivals including the famous Chocolate Festival. 10 minutes away are the sandy beaches of the Silver Coast as well as Obidos Lagoon, perfect for water sports and safe for children of all ages. 15 min south are the beaches of Peniche with bars and restaurants. Amoreira, a 5 minute walk is a quiet traditional village with local amenities, restaurants and bars. Activities include horse riding, cycling, water sports; sailing, surfing and scuba. There are two golf courses within 15 minutes drive.

Notes on accommodation: Private parking for up to 4 cars. The house has full central heating and an open fire place. Outside: The 7 x 3.5m private pool is in the villa's secure and private garden. The pool has been designed with walk in steps for young children. Max depth 1.8m. The outside dining area with fully fitted covered barbecue and large patio area is ideal for alfresco dining. There is a table for six to dine next to the Barbecue as well as a pool side table with sun loungers and umbrella by the pool. Utility Room: Ironing board, iron and clothes dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided and cleaned weekly. Other: Purpose built covered barbecue area, with all the equipment you require plus sink and work surface with outdoor lighting around the entire garden, pool and barbecue area.
