This beautiful villa is situated on the hillside of Monte Pedreguer with stunning views of the valley and the sea beyond. Its peaceful location allows you to relax and unwind and enjoying your holiday to the full.

The beautifully maintained private pool is surrounded by terracing with outside lighting for the evening & 6 comfortable sun loungers on which to relax.

The Spanish style BBQ is always a hit with guests who enjoy dining alfresco style, the pool light allows you to enjoy the pool into the evening.

We have provided not just one dining area but two quality areas, one where you can dine by the BBQ and enjoy the stunning view by day and then a further stunning dining area under a beautiful gazebo with curtains and mosquito nets to create a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

The villa is perfectly maintained by the owners who live nearby and who are on hand if needed.

The furniture is modern and comfortable and the villa is cleaned to a high standard. All the linen is laundered professionally so when you climb into bed at night it smells fresh and is nice and crisp. The towels provided are bath sheets not bath towels, so they wrap around you nicely.

A 42" flat screen TV with BBC & ITV c/w DVD player & DVDs, air-con in all bedrooms. The all important wifi free of charge, hairdryers, pool towels, cool box etc are provided as well as all linen for the villa.

There are new quiet and efficient ceiling fans in the lounge but due to the position of the villa, it is cool in the height of the summer.

The kitchen is well equipped and the integrated dishwasher is always a big plus.

The bathrooms are both stunning with large walk in showers, with no expense spared. The tiles & fittings were chosen because we loved them, they were not bought as they were inexpensive for a rental villa, as some owners do. This villa is still our home regardless of the fact we do not live in it, so we chose the best of everything and do not quibble on cost of replacement items, refurbishing etc

The villa has many extras not found in some rental villas, candles & holders to create a nice atmosphere, wine cooler, nice cushions and soft furnishings, a safe for your valuables, excellent quality large pool towels are provided, nice comfortable cushions when dining or sun bathing, parasols, a blue tooth speaker so you can play your music, a large flat screen TV, with blue ray and a further TV and dvd player in the bedroom downstairs. There are lots of little touches including things like a selection of dvds, videos to enjoy, lots of wooden hangers in the wardrobes to hang your new clothes on. I hate it when I go on holiday, open my case of new clothes and the wardrobe to find 6 cheap wire hangers to hang all my nice new clothes on, so we have provided what we would like to see, lots of nice quality hangers. It may sound a little thing and not costing a lot but thats the extra we go to, to ensure our villa is one you remember for all the right reasons. We have tried to add all the things we would like to find in a villa if we were renting, it truly is a home from home in the sunshine.

My name is Michelle Etheridge, my Husband Steve and I are the owners of this beautiful villa along with other villas in this area. I will respond to your email as quickly as I possibly can, often within an hour. My husband Steve, myself, Pete (the pool cleaner) and a small team of ladies work hard to ensure that the villa is perfect for your arrival. We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.

The villas are all very well equipped. If theres a problem we are only a phone call away or an email as all of our villas have wifi. We will do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.

There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.

Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 13 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like hows the TV work, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.

My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster, Steve is 57 and Michelle 50. We bought our first villa in the year 2000 as a retirement investment. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villas and also rent and manage other villas in the area. We have a small team of cleaners and tradesmen so there is always someone on hand in case of any problems. Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that our properties are furnished and cleaned to a high standard

Initially, we visited Javea & Denia purely to buy for investment. We bought our first villa on Monte Pedreguer which is ideally located between both towns.

After visiting over and over again we fell in love with this beautiful area and each time we left, it got harder and harder to leave and we could not wait to return.

The views from Vista del Valle or Vista as we lovingly refer to it are stunning and even after almost 11 years we still enjoying standing there and take in the breath taking view.

The area has everything to offer from long sandy beaches, little shingle coves, masses of restaurants and a friendly,safe, family atmosphere.

Its easy access from the AP7 from both Alicante and Valencia airports make it a great place to stay, just an hours drive away form the airports.

The villa is a traditional Spanish Villa which over the years we have modernised, with a new fitted kitchen, air-con in bedrooms, large sat dish allowing BBC & ITV. All furniture is modern, comfortable and stylish and the new 42" flat screen TV is an added bonus,, blue ray a further TV with dvd player, a blue tooth speaker so you can listen to your music, pool towels provided, bath sheets not ting bath towels are provided. A wardrobe full of quality wooden hangers to hang your new clothes. Candles and holders to create a wonderful atmosphere when dining.

Both bathrooms have been completely refurbished offering large walk in wet areas, with modern vanity units and stunning modern tiles in one and more traditional tosca stone in the other, no expense spared.

Outside the pool has been re grouted and is kept in perfect condition. The south facing terracing gives all day sunshine in both summer and winter months.

The traditional Spanish BBQ with outdoor fridge and the subtle lighting in the evenings offers a great place to unwind and enjoy al fresco dining....perfect.

Notes on accommodation: The pool and terracing are in full sunshine throughout the day and the sunsets are beautiful and must be seen. For winter lets, oil filled radiators/air-con heaters are provided in the bedrooms and a very efficient log burner has been installed in the lounge, which heats the whole floor superbly. Please request a price for winter lets of more than 4 weeks. Outside: The beautiful 8m x 4m private pool is surrounded by terracing and outside lighting for those all important evenings dining al fresco, the Roman steps mean its easy to get in and out of the pool. There is a pool light to allow guests to enjoy the pool into the evening. Due to the position of the pool it is not overlooked and is therefore relatively private, an outside shower is also available. 6 new comfortable loungers are provided for that all important relaxation. There is a new outside dining table with seating for 6 with parasol for the shade. The Spanish style BBQ area is perfect and is enjoyed by all who stay here. There is a awning on the side of the villa to allow you to relax in the warmth, but in the shade of the sunshine. There is plenty of terracing around the villa on which to sit, relax and unwind in peace. The pool is cleaned by the owner and is therefore always maintained in perfect condition. Utility Room: Washing machine and ironing facilities are provided. Plus cool boxes and parasols are provided for the beach. A selection of books, DVDs, videos and games are provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All quality towels and linen are provided, including pool towels. Linen is changed weekly and bathrooms are cleaned at the end of the week (if holiday is for 2 weeks or more). Other: Extras provided: air-con in bedrooms, traditional Spanish ornate bars at the windows, fly screens, safe, pool towels, fridge by the pool. Cool box and parasols provided for the beach. Cot and highchair can be provided.

* No hidden extras the price includes the use of electric, air con, wifi and the final clean. Plus if your stay is for 2 weeks or more a mid linen change half way through your stay, plus bathroom clean.
Changeover day is Saturday at peak time but flexible in out of peak times.
