Apartment near Santa Eulalia, Ibiza - Quiet Location With Amazing Views Of Beach And Sea

This big family-sized apartment is located in the quiet "Buena Vista" development on a hillside overlooking Santa Eulalia. It has a large swimming pool right outside the door. It is in a peaceful location amongst the pine trees, and yet is within 15 mins walk of the restaurants, shops and bars of Siesta, and only a little further into Santa Eulalia. We generally recommend having a hire car, although it is OK to walk down into the local town, from where you can catch buses or get taxis to anywhere on the island.

We have been going there ourselves several times every year since then, and our relatives and friends also regularly make use of it. Location

From the Owner

It is roomy - enough for a large group of friends, extended family, or perhaps to families with their kids. The living room (which was originally built as a bar/restaurant is massive, with comfy sofas and a huge dining table that can seat 12 for dinner. The large swimming pool is right outside the door, and there are sunbeds and outdoor tables and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a large barbeque.

Nearest Airport : Ibiza at 22 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : various in La Siesta at 0.7 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Ibiza Town at 15 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Roca Llisa, Ibiza at 12 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Albissa, La Siesta at 0.7 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Santa Eulalia at 1 Kilometres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The lovely, safe, family-friendly beach of Santa Eulalia is around 20 minutes walk, or 4 minutes drive. There are many other beaches close by. Cala Llonga is 10 minutes in a car and has a lovely beach with a children's playground right on the beach, loads of nice restaurants, and a small funfair in the evenings in summertime.

Travel:

Ibiza airport is around 25 minutes drive from the apartment, around 24 kilometres away. Due to the location of the Buena Vista development, a hire car is pretty essential.

Distances:

The village of "Siesta" is 15 minutes walk away, and has a good selection of restaurants, bars, and several small supermarkets. There are also ATMs (cash-points) here. Slightly further (1.5 km) is the bustling seaside town of Santa Eulalia, which, as well as a lovely beach, has lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, post office etc. Eivissa (Ibiza Town) is 14km away, 15 - 20 minutes drive.

Further Details:

If you want to be out in San Antonio every night, then this is probably not the apartment that for you. It is around 25 minutes by taxi, and costs around 30 Euros. This would add a lot to the cost of your holiday - you would be better off renting somewhere in or close to San An itself.

The building (and all the buildings in the immediate area) are built in traditional Ibicenco style, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area on a hillside amongst the pine trees. There are amazing views from the terrace of Santa Eulalia town and the bay.

Notes:

  • This big apartment is very suitable for families with children. It would easily accommodate two couples with their kids. The apartment opens right onto the pool terrace, it is excellent for letting the kids play in the pool without having to go out of sight of mum and dad. The pool is only shared by 4 apartments, not all of which are even occupied all summer, so frequently you will have the pool to yourself. The apartment's front door opens directly onto the swimming pool terrace. There is a large barbecue on the terrace. Sun loungers are provided. There is a large wooden outdoor table and wooden chairs for alfresco dining. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedding and towels (not beach-towels) are included. We will provide extra sets of sheets and towels as required. The apartment will be fully cleaned before your arrival. Other: All bedrooms (apart from bunk bed room) have ceiling fans. There is a high-chair available, and 2 cots for babies / toddlers The Roca Llisa golf course is 15 minutes drive away.
