This spacious apartment has been created within a converted fishing loft, moments to the harbour in the scenic fishing village of Mevagissey. The village is centrally located on the Cornish south coast and close to both Eden and Heligan Gardens. The apartment will cater to your every need - whether a couple or a family. Centrally located, the scenic harbour is virtually on your doorstep - with many restaurants and shops to choose from all within walking distance. Just step out of the front door (or open your balcony) to experience the atmosphere of this unique location. In the narrow streets of Mevagissey leading off the harbour, craft workshops sit side-by-side with shops, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and pubs which were once the haunts of Cornish smugglers! Mevagissey is the largest working fishing port in St. Austell Bay. Cob cottages spill down to the harbour walls from the valley making for a picturesque destination at any time of year. Don't forget Feast Week in June.

Mevagissey is a picturesque, fishing village on the

beautiful South coast of Cornwall. Close to Eden, Lost

Gardens of Heligan and many great beaches.

Beachcombers Lookout Apartment is located in the heart of the village a few steps fro the scenic harbour.

Mevagissey has a great range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep.

The village is an extremely friendly place - all the shopkeepers and village folk love to have a chat and are only too keen to help.

Mevagissey is a real village community with the Feat Week at the end of June, a New Years Eve Fancy Dress event in the streets to name just two.

This apartment was perfect for husband and I to have a lazy week away, it was spotlesssly clean. Nice touches free wifi, welcome food pack, towels and toiletries. It was lovely warm and cosy. Its in the centre of the harbour which fabulous. Will definately return :-)

Notes on accommodation: WiFi is available throughout - offers high speed, Infinity Broadband from BT - perfect for a long term getaway - but still being able to keep in touch with home / work etc. The apartment is equipped with modern nightstore heaters for the winter months - providing comfortable and cosy accommodation at any time of the year. LED fire. The apartment has wonderful French doors opening onto a Juliette balcont which lets the sunlight flood in. The apartment is carpeted to living areas with tiled floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. Suitable for children but not pets - sorry. We can provide high chairs, cots and stair gates. All usual costs are included in the price of your holiday - linen, towels, utility costs, welcome pack of groceries etc. Please have a look at our advertisement on ownersdirect - E343 - if you would like to book the whole cottage to sleep up to 10. Outside: There is no outside space with the apartments - although the Lookout apartment does have a Juliette balcony which brings the outside sun in. You are just moments from the sunny harbour. There is no parking with the apartment, but you can stop outside to unload cases and we provide a parking permit for a local car park. The apartment is located right in the centre of the village - with many facilities right on your doorstep. There is a very small beach in Mevagissey at low tide just a short walk around the harbour. Larger beaches are a short drive away or a longer walk. There is a children's park within the village
