Beach House is a luxury 6 bedroom villa with fantastic sea views only 50 metres from a small sandy beach. Located in a quiet cul de sac in Costa de la Calma the house is in short walking distance from most amenities including resturants, bars, shops and a tennis club. The house, which is elegantly furnished, has its own pool, air conditioning, TV, DVD, Wi-fi, BBQ and 2 luxury kitchens. 4 of the bedrooms are in the main house and the remaining 2 are in an apartment beside the pool with a separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The beach is not over populated as it is not easily discovered by anyone but those living locally. There are several other small beaches beyond this first beach as well as sunbathing platforms with sunbeds to hire and steps and diving board straight into the sea and a bar that is perfect for a ‘sundowner’. The main Santa Ponsa resort and beach with a wealth of amenities is 5 minutes drive. 3 golf courses and 2 water parks are also within 15 minutes drive.

The villa is lovely so quiate and location is great we loved it the whole family

We had my mom and dad both in there 70s and they were OK walking into Santa ponsa so it's close enough it's only €10 into magaluf or Palma nova in a taxi so if you fancy a night clubbing it's not a prob the villa itself has everything you could possibly need pool is lovely nice sun trap for most of the day beds are very comfy everyone slept well only slight niggle and it is slight the keys are a €20 return taxi drive to pick up and then drop off its a shame there isn't a better way of sorting that out I know it's only €40 in all but it's just a bit inconvenient but it's a slight blip in what was a fantastic holiday I recommend it to anyone we would all defiantly do it again

Owner's Response: I am very glad the guests had a good time and we would welcome them back. The office that holds the keys is just the other side of the bay and on the way to / from the airport. Collection of keys is a quick process and there should be miminal additional cost for guests arriving by tax no more than a couple of euro.

Beautiful villa, very near a small beach with wonderful swimming. 15min walk to lots of restaurants

We stayed as 2 families both with children under 5. The pool was great, but around the corner from the outdoor seating so we had to be very aware of where each child was at all times, however there was plenty of loungers in the garden. The house is well decorated with all amenities needed. We enjoyed a few evenings of BBQ and table tennis once the kids were in bed. The nearby beach was small and busy in August but the sea was worth it. Beautifully warm and calm for toddlers and diving boards nearby for the older swimmers! We walked to restaurants a few times, lots of choice near to the villa depending on what you're looking for. We were very surprised to find Santa ponsa so close. The villa was very peaceful in comparison.

Stunning villa in a beautiful beachside location

This is a truly stunning villa in a gorgeous location We have just returned from two weeks in the Beach House It is in a beautiful location right next to the beach with the perfect sun downer beach bar We would absolutely recommend this villa There were 12 of us and the villa was extremely well equipped The pool is brilliant and the kids weren't out of it for the whole two weeks The garden and terrace are well established and very private. All within a short walk of some lovely restaurants and well stocked supermarkets. Absolutely brilliant.

Lovely family holiday

Villa is very well equipped, everything you you need is supplied. Some villas have the exact amount of cups glasses etc., this place has loads of everything. The bedrooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms. The railings around the balconies could do with some maintenance, we had young grandchildren with us which made me a little nervous. The pool was great fun plenty of space for lots of fun, surrounded by gardens which is great for out of pool fun. Very close to the main beach 15min walk beach has everything you need. We had a lovely family holiday sitting on the terrace around the table perfect.

Coast/Beach:

A track from the garden gate leads to a small sandy beach. Follow the coastal path and there are several more sandy coves. These beaches are not over populated as they are not signposted and used mainly by surrounding villas. There are also sunbathing platforms with sunbeds to hire and steps and diving board straight into the sea and a bar that is perfect for a ‘sundowner’. The huge Santa Ponsa beach is 5 minutes drive. It is a large sandy beach with pedaloes, water skiing etc

Travel:

Palma Airport 20 minutes drive.

Costa de la Calma is served by buses but car hire is recommended to visit all the wonderful resorts and attractions along the south west coast and in Palma.

Distances:

Costa de la Calma 5 minutes walk.

Santa Ponsa 5 minutes drive.

Palma town 15 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Cultural, sporting, architectural, natural beauty, shopping activities in Mallorca are too many to list - this place will easily keep you busy for 2 weeks if you wish. Information on all this and local shops, restaurants, activities etc included in an information book in the villa.
