Beautifully furnished spacious penthouse apartment with private roof terrace in tranquil Los Naranjos de Marbella, an exclusive low rise Andalucian style private development very close to prestigious port and at the foot of Golf Valley. Here you will find beautifully lit sub-tropical gardens, quaint courtyards, fountains and ponds. Overlooking the pool, set in unique landscaped gardens with breathtaking views of the Sierra Blanca mountains, the apartment comprises a large twin/double bedroom and spacious lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, marble bathroom and shower, south-facing lounge terrace with a small BBQ, furnished for al fresco dining, as well as a private roof terrace with sun loungers and all-day sun to match! The apartment is professionally furnished to a high, modern standard with all the comforts of home including full air-conditioning/heating, Smart TV, Full HD BBC/ITV/CH4/UK Radio etc. accessible in lounge + bedroom, DVD/CD player, dishwasher, washing machine and a real log fire for those cosy winter evenings! Wifi is available at around €5 per day.

"I work in a travel agency and have seen lots of accommodations all over the world and your price/quality is 100%! The apartment is far more spacious than we had anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. Joanne has endeavoured to supply everything you could possibly need and appears to have put a lot of thought into ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The terrace is lovely and the sun terrace in the turret up the marble stairs is a really good facility that we were especially taken with! The apartment has a light and airy atmosphere conducive to relaxation. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and relatives. We had no problem with the location, not far from the port but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. From experience, renting apartments or villas can be a bit hit or miss but we are pleased to say, this was most definitely one of the best we have stayed in."

The apartment is so well equipped, and we had everything we needed for our week long holiday. the roof terrace was a real treat! everything was in good working order, and the aircon was great. nice spacious bathroom and kitchen and even the soca bed was comfortable, nice to have the option of lots of extra pillows/blankets too.The grounds are spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Great supermarket just round the corner, the clubhouse food is delicious and you can walk to the Port in about 20 minutes (in sensible shoes!) A lovely laid back place just minutes from the buzz of town, perfect.

Spacious

We found the apartment very spacious and tastefully decorated,the roof top solarium was as Joanne says a sun worshippers paradise.

The pool and surrounding grassed area is well maintained and was quite during our three week stay.

Wifi and sat Tv would be welcome,and we would be happy to pay extra for this.

The bowling club has been taken over by the tennis club next door so we are not sure if the bar/tapas will still exist.

The supermarket is well stocked at very reasonable prices, The Fresh Food Cafe next door does great food.

The paddle club is good for wifi,only do sandwiches from early Sept.

The bus stops are outside the gate,you can get to Marbella (La Canada shopping outlet) San Pedro and of course Puerto Banus.

Overall we enjoyed our holiday at this apartment and everything within the vicinity and would recommend this 100%

nice apartment

We stayed at this apartment for 4 weeks in November 2014 and really enjoyed our stay

The weather was very good except for a few rainy days which you must accept in the Autumn

The listing description is correct and it is very comfortable with good facilities

The beds are very comfortable . Flat screen TV with UK programmes as described

We enjoyed the sunshine and the privacy of the South facing roof terrace in particular

The urbanisation of Los Naranjos is very well maintained with beautiful gardens and good security . All the residents that met were very friendly

The club house is a 2 minutes walk, they were most welcoming and we enjoyed the yoga classes and playing paddle tennis. Fast wifi is freely available in the bar

There is a bus stop outside where the regular local buses will take you to Puerto Banus, San Pedro, Marbella or the huge modern shopping mall at La Canada. All for £1 each way. You will not needs to hire a car unless you want to travel further afield.

We were transported to and from the airport very efficiently by the owners recommended driver and we also hired a car for a week from Marbesol at a very good rate for a late model automatic. We drove into the beautiful mountainous countryside to picturesque white villages of Casares , Istan and Benehavis

There is a high quality Mercadona supermarket just outside the complex at less than UK prices

We ate out at the Aloha tennis club where we enjoyed a first class meal with musical entertainment on a Friday night at a reasonable cost

The Marbella Bowls Club is a 20 minute walk where we received a warm welcome from Jamie, the owner . Big all weather playing surface with bowls and shoes for hire at daily or monthly rates

The owner is a genuine person to deal with and will negotiate on price for a long stay which is very good value for money

We hope to return and would recommend to friends and family

Puerto Banus is a beautiful resort and Los Naranjos de Marbella gives you best of both worlds: tranquillity and relaxation enjoying a good book pool-side or on the private roof terrace and the cool, inviting social atmosphere of the clubhouse and padel tennis. And now with the fantastic Mercadona supermarket, the port is an option rather than a necessity!

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 70 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Clubhouse or Tapas Bars at 500 Metres Nearest Golf : La Dama de Noche at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Clubhouse, Tapas Bars or Fresh Food Cafe at 500 Metres Nearest Beach : Puerto Banus at 1.5 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

From the arch of Los Naranjos de Marbella it is only a 20 minute walk along a pretty tree-lined road to the heart of Puerto Banus. Or use the excellent bus service from outside my apartment gate to get you to the port within 5 minutes!

Travel:

Nearest airport: Malaga. I can organise a discounted airport transfer (currently €60 each way) where you would pay the driver direct or you may wish to hire a car which you can pick up and drop off at Malaga Airport. Alternatively, there is an airport shuttle bus which runs directly between Malaga Airport and Marbella Bus Station which is a short taxi ride away from my apartment.

Distances:

A great location from where you can visit the nearby towns of Marbella, San Pedro, Estepona, Benehavís, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Mijas, Sotogrande and Gibraltar. And further a field you can venture into Ronda, Seville and Granada or ski at the Sierra Nevada ski resort. Alternatively you can take a boat trip over to Morocco! Tivoli World, Prado World, Sea Life, Mijas Aqua Park and Selwo Safari Park are all nearby.

The location is perfect for pool worshipers, golfers and beach lovers alike as it is at the entrance of Nueva Andalucia, home to 4 magnificent golf courses and from the arch of Los Naranjos de Marbella is only a 20 minute walk along a pretty tree-lined road to the heart of Puerto Banus. Or use the excellent bus service from outside my apartment gate to get you to the port within 5 minutes! The apartment is well situated within the 'Los Naranjos de Marbella' urbanisation, with the Clubhouse pool, tennis courts, restaurant, bar and shop a 2 minute walk away, and the Tapas Bar, Fresh Food Cafe (all with free wifi), and Mercadona supermarket which boasts an amazing fresh seafood counter, a 3 minute walk in the other direction. Close-by is The Manolo Santana raquets club which has a fully equipped gym, wellness studio, tennis and swimming. We can also arrange an airport transfer for just €60 (taxi cost is €100+).
