This spacious property comes equipped with air-conditioning, Satellite British TV ,One air-conditioned double room complete with balcony. One air-conditioned twin room and two bathrooms. Ample parking is available with a communal pool to the rear. A rooftop solarium provides an ideal spot for sunbathing. For those that like keep out of the sun, the front terrace becomes more shaded as the day progresses whilst the rooftop maintains the sun throughout the day.

We had a great holiday with exceptional weather .

The house was exactly as described and we found it to be clean,well maintained and very well equipped.We particularly liked having wifi and the TV with British channels.The whole process from booking to obtaining keys was efficient and we did not experience any problems at all. The location was excellent with the beach,bars ,restaurants etc all within walking distance so there was no need for a car. I would recommend this house for families and couples and would personally be happy to return another year. (Jane G)



This was our first experience of having a self catering holiday and renting a home from an owner. We were really impressed with the professionalism of the way the owner handled our booking and his directions to the property from the airport were precise.The home is extremely well equipped and very comfortable with a nice home from home feel. It was spotlessly clean. The pretty local beach was a pleasant 15 minute stroll through a nature reserve and olive trees and a similar distance to the shops, bars and restaurants. (Tina B)

Excellent property and very well equipped

We had a great stay at this well located and superbly equipped property, there didn't seem to be anything that hadn't been thought about and supplied. The property is located within a few minutes walk of a selection of restaurants and the beach is in about a twenty minute walk or a few minutes drive. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and will certainly be rebooking in the near future.

Clean and tidy,

Nice town house, lots of facilities including wifi it is very clean, a very short stroll to a few bars it is a quiet and relaxing area. The dogs next door bark a lot when the owner is out.

Excellent holiday rental with everything necessary provided including the hairdryer.

The owner has clearly thought of what a customer will need when staying here and in my own opinion provided for every eventuality, for example travel adapters in every room. Scrupulously clean and great location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. I must commend the owner for his contact and ease of providing keys, details etc.

Relaxed

A very relaxed stay. Flat country walk to a lovely stretch of natural beach located behind sand dunes accessed by well maintained walkways. Plenty of lovely walks. Situated between Alicante & Santa Pola accessible by local bus. Supermarkets & good selection of shops within easy reach also served by bus. Overall experience could be enhanced by hiring a car for long term rentals as there is some lovely surrounding countryside. A couple of local coach companies provide days out if not wanting the drive. The Jalon valley is especially worth a visit. Guardamar del segura also of interest and Cartagena very pretty. Local bars very friendly & food good. Property was well provided and very clean. If there was a small criticism it is only dependent on the time of year. Due to its situation in February it can be bit chilly indoors but that may be a bonus in the summer months. Overall a very pleasant stay and have already recommended to friends.

Coast/Beach:

A lovely sandy beach with beach bar and toilets is a 20 minute walk away or 2 min car journey.

Travel:

Alicante is a 10 minute drive away. All amenities are within walking distance therefore a car is not necessary. Taxis are available and a bus service is available. The Phoenix restaurant arranges coach trips including Terra Mitica, Benidorm & Alicante.

Distances:

Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqua Parks, Safari Park and Benidorm are a 30 minute drive away. Santa Pola is a 5 minute drive away.

Further Details:

Local bars and restaurants and small convenience store are an 8 minute walk away. The local supermarket is a 20 minute walk away.
