Apartment in El Puerto 1, Cala D'Or, Mallorca - On a private gated Complex

El Puerto is an exclusive complex situated close to the sea and Cala D'Or marina. The exquisite apartment we have for rental is on the ground floor and has its own well maintained private garden. The garden consists of a patio sun trap, complete with BBQ, dinner table and lounge sofas, as well as an extensive grassed area for sunbathing on the provided sun lounges. It allows guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful Spanish weather in style.

The apartment itself is light and airy, in keeping with the traditional Spanish decor. It has been tastefully decorated in a minimalist style, whilst maintaining home comforts and amenities.

There is a Playstation and an extensive assortment of games to meet the demands of young children and adults alike. The apartment also has USB compatible speakers to allow guests to set the tone of their ideal holiday.

Due to the high temperatures in Spain, the apartment is air-conditioned throughout.

The apartment complex is exclusive to guests, with electric gates and an intercom system. The whole area is closed to the public and gives you complete privacy. The complex is of a high standard, built by Taylor Woodrow in 2007, boasting a large resident’s swimming pool and private parking. A short stroll around the boats in the marina leads to numerous lovely restaurants with a variety of menus to suit all requirements. Cala D'Or town is a further 5 minute walk from the marina, with multiple shops, cocktail lounges and restaurants. There is a land train that takes you to all the picturesque beaches if you prefer not to hire a car (trains stops 50m from complex gate). Cala Mondrago is a particularly beautiful destination and only 10 minutes away.

The highly acclaimed Val D'Or golf course is a 15 minute drive away, promising beautiful views as you tee off and a fabulous outdoor restaurant to follow.

The apartment provides a wonderful retreat for those that wish to escape for a while, whilst being close enough to amenities for those that wish to explore and enjoy the local scenery.

Lovely holiday

We've had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is ideal for a family with small children, the garden is spacious and provides sun and shade all day. The pool area is kept very clean. The Marina and Cala D'or are beautiful, there are small beaches and other interesting places to discover nearby. The owners are lovely to deal with and

provided lots of information prior to our arrival. Thank you!

A great apartment in a great location

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The enclosed garden was perfect for our toddler! It's an easy 5 minutes walk to the marina, where there are lots of lovely restaurants to chose from. The owners were very helpful and quick respond when we had a few questions on our arrival.

Very nice

Lovely clean, spacious apartment, owners very good to deal with sent dirctions and keys promtly, even organised us a welcome pack as we were arriving late. Pool area in very clean and has lots of sun beds, garden surrounds the apartment which was great for my toddler. Only ten minute walk from the marina so great location will definatly be revisiting

très bel appartement

Parfait, nous sommes arrivés un peu avant minuit, sans stress, puisque le propriétaire nous avez remis les clés avant notre arrivée.

L'appartement est identique aux photos, propre, facile d'accès et proche du centre ville de Cala d'or et de la plage.

Seul bémol :

- l'eau n'est pas potable donc prévoir des bouteilles d'eau dès votre arrivée.

- Et il n'y a pas de wifi. Mais bon c'est les vacances cela permet d'en profiter pleinement. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours la proposent gratuitement.

Vous pouvez louer cet appartement sans crainte.

Activity and Interests


Cala D'Or Marina is 300m away. There is a land train that stops nearby that takes you to all picturesque beaches. Calador beach is a 10-15 min walk away.


Cala D'or is a delightful villa resort situated on the south east coast of Mallorca, approx 45 mins drive from Palma airport. Taxis or hire cars are available from the airport. The apartment is very easy to find from the airport and there is private parking for your car.


The town is about 10 mins walk. Marina restaurants, bars and shops are a 5 min walk away. calador beaches are a 10 min walk or Mondrago beach is 5 min by car.

Further Details:

The booking form (which must be signed by one person who is accepting the booking conditions on behalf of everyone on the form), any deposits must be sent to us before we will issue a confirmation of your booking. The contract becomes effective on our written confirmation and is governed in all respects by Spanish Law.

The full 30% deposit of the total amount must be received with the booking form. Payment can be direct into our bank account. When we confirm your booking we will send an invoice showing the balance of the payment due and date when it must be received by us. Full payment of the balance must be made 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you do not make the payment by the due date you will be deemed to have cancelled your holiday and cancellation terms will apply.

Where bookings are made less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday payment must be made in full. If you have to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately in writing by recorded delivery.
