The apartment has 3 private outside areas - 1 large private roof top terrace, 1 private BBQ dining terrace and 1 private kitchen/bedroom balcony for breakfast dining. The complex also contains Steam room, sauna, indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi for the use of the condominium guests. Lidl Supermarket is directly across the road from the condominium and is very handy for your daily groceries. Lagos Tennis Club is located just 2 mins walk from the apartment.

Simply the Best

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 week stay at this wonderful apartment. The apartment is very well-maintained. The location is brilliant. The town is about a 10 minute walk with streets lined with great restaurants. The Marina is also a short walk away. Lidl is across the road and Pingo is few minutes down the road.

The apartment has everything you could possibly want or need and is like home from home. The kitchen is fully equipped should you want to cook. It is very comfortable and spacious. There is an indoor pool and gym etc. Carlos the manager is very helpful and friendly and is at the end of the phone should you need him. I only hope it is available next time we visit Lagos.

Amazing Penthouse Apartment

I whole heartily agree with the other reviews. The penthouse itself has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, the location is superb. Carlos is very friendly and happy to help out with any question about local restaurants, places to see or activities etc .

From first enquiry with Billy right through to closing the door as we left everything went smoothly. Our two children in their twenties (free holiday for them) didn’t want to venture to far from the sun terraces, gym or pool – not to mention the multitude of films or TV channels. Relaxing short break for everyone!

Stunning👍🏻

It must be said this is one of the nicest holiday rentals we have stayed in. Generous flatscreen with over 1200 movies to choose from. The apartment had a super layout not to mention several balcony/patio areas, each one better than the next. Carlos was a pleasure to deal with on arrival and through our stay as was Billy during the booking process! Professionally run from start to finish, immaculately cleaned and with two supermarkets within a stones throw there is no reason not to recommend it. We will be back:-)

THE MOMENT YOU OPEN THE DOOR INTO THIS PENTHOUSE APARTMENT, YOU KNOW YOU VE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. YOUR HOLIDAY BEGINS. ITS STUNNING DECOR, OPULENCE, SPACIOUS BRIGHT AND YET COMFORTABLE APARTMENT MAKE IT A VERY SPECIAL PLACE TO STAY.

AS A GROUP OF FRIENDS IT WAS AN IDEAL PLACE TO STAY. PLENTY OF BALCONIES FOR ENTERTAINING, SUNBATHING, READING WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. YOU COULD STAY IN THE GROUP OR ENJOY SOME QUITE TIME. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED AND THE OUTDOOR BAR B Q AND SEATING AREA WAS IDEAL FOR LONG EVENINGS WITH A FEW GLASSES OF CHAMPAGNE. IF YOU LIKE AMBIENCE - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

THE PENTHOUSE APARTMENT IS JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM THE BEACH. A LONG SANDY BEACH WITH SAFE BATHING AND FANTASTIC CAFES FOR THAT NECESSARY LONG DRINK DURING YOUR HOURS OF SUNBATHING. OH I WISH I WAS THERE NOW.

IF YOU FANCY A DELICIOUS FRESH LUNCH HEAD STRAIGHT TO THE MARINA AND WATCH THE WORLD GO BY. ALSO GREAT FOR COFFEE.

THE OLD TOWN HAS QUIRKY SQUARES AND QUAINT STREETS AND IS FULL OF RESTAURANTS BARS AND GIFT SHOPS. GREAT CLOTHES AND SHOES.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL MEMORABLE STAY, SUCH PLEASURE, RELAXATION AND OVERALL GOOD TIME!!!! A MILLION THANKS TO BILLY AND CARLOS. YOUR ATTENTION TO DETAIL DOES NOT GO ASTRAY AND MAKES A WONDERFUL PLACE EXTRA SPECIAL. CHAMPAGNE STANDARDS!!!

What an amazing place. The whole process from booking, arriving to leaving excellent and very well organised. The apartment truly wonderful and extremely well looked after. Excellent location, spacious and apartment was cleaned regularly during our stay with a supply of fresh towels etc. Billy ( the owner) seems to take great pride in ensuring guests have an optimum service during their stay. 5 Star doesn't feel high enough to rate this wonderful Penthouse Suite. Very Spacious, modern, clean, homely, close to 2 Supermarkets and close to the Marina, bars & restaurants but not too close, the Penthouse is in a quiet location. We enjoyed spending time on the fabulous sun terraces, again very spacious & beautifully decorated with large well established plants and romantic lighting for the evening. From booking to arrival & departure Billy & Carlos could never be faulted for their excellent communication and ease to contact if needed. Carlos provided a very warm welcome and took great care in showing us around this very lovely apartment which comes with its own secure garage if you have a car. I would recommend the Penthouse Suite in a heartbeat - a faultless experience we'll warmly remember for a long time, we look forward to returning. Thank You Billy & Carlos x

Faro airport is the closest to Lagos and is a 45 min drive along the motorway. There is also a train to Lagos.

The apartment is ideal for golfing parties as your hire-car and clubs can be secured safely in the private garage whilst your party stroll into Lagos for the evening or if you prefer, stay in and entertain yourselves using the various outdoor areas.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment in on the top (6th floor) and contains 3 private balconies. There is a safety deposit box installed in the apartment and the main door is a high security construction. High speed fibre Internet broadband connection is available in the apartment. The accommodation is not suitable for small children or toddlers as the 3 balconies are not visible from each other and pose a risk to children who tend to 'climb'. Also, to comply with rules of the condominium, the apartment is not let to groups under 25 years of age. Outside: The private outdoor space is spectacular and contains a BBQ area (42sqm) a private rooftop terrace (approx 80sqm) and is partially shaded with a permanently fitted canopy and has 7 sun loungers. The private balcony outside the kitchen/bedroom area is approximately 32m sqm and contains a dining table with 6 chairs whilst the private balcony outside the living room contains a BBQ and table and chairs suite to seat 8. The balcony areas are furnished with potted planters and atmospheric lighting for evening dining. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included as are beach towels and the property is cleaned once per week. Other: The apartment is equipped with Hi-Speed Fibre broadband internet connection (30Mb).
