Luxury property with views from the rooftop balcony to the sea and mountains. The 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is just minutes walk from the heart of old Lagos Town and is equipped with high speed fiber internet access. The apartment has 3 private outside areas - 1 large private roof top terrace, 1 private BBQ dining terrace and 1 private kitchen/bedroom balcony for breakfast dining. The complex also contains Steam room, sauna, indoor swimming pool for the use of the condominium guests. Lidl Supermarket is directly across the road from the condominium and is very handy for your daily groceries. Lagos Tennis Club is located just 2 mins walk from the apartment.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment in on the top (6th floor) and contains 3 private balconies. There is a safety deposit box installed in the apartment and the main door is a high security construction. High speed fibre Internet broadband connection is available in the apartment. The accommodation is not suitable for small children or toddlers as the 3 balconies are not visible from each other and pose a risk to children who tend to 'climb'. Also, to comply with rules of the condominium, the apartment is not let to groups under 25 years of age. Outside: The private outdoor space is spectacular and contains a BBQ area (42sqm) a private rooftop terrace (approx 80sqm) and is partially shaded with a permanently fitted canopy and has 7 sun loungers. The private balcony outside the kitchen/bedroom area is approximately 32m sqm and contains a dining table with 6 chairs whilst the private balcony outside the living room contains a BBQ and table and chairs suite to seat 8. The balcony areas are furnished with potted planters and atmospheric lighting for evening dining. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included as are beach towels and the property is cleaned once per week. Other: The apartment is equipped with Hi-Speed Fibre broadband internet connection (30Mb)

Great apartment in great location

We loved the parking, the location near the supermarkets and the sensational local fish market and the easy access by car to the rest of the coast and the old town of Lagos on foot. The terraces are unbelievably spacious, the kitchen efficient and the TV terrific. All single beds though was a surprise.

What a fabulous place to stay!

This Penthouse apartment is just fabulous. The inside is roomy, well equipped and even I was able to catch up on my TV shows. Plenty of closet space and lots of hangers in them something you don't find in most places. The outside is also fabulous and roomy and the sun terrace with cushions for the sun loungers is a real treat. It meant the dates I did not go to the beach I could soak up the rays. The plants make the outside area less sparce than you get with many apartments. This is a fabulous find. Location wise -Lidl across the road to stock up on the Processco and the necessities as well as Pingo Doce down the road. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils etc. if you need to use. I would highly recommend this property. I have booked for next year already.

Luxury & fantastic location

Stayed in this apartment for a week for my sisters wedding. It is the most amazing apartment, great location, straight across the road is Lidl, and a 5-8 minute walk into the main square. The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfy, air con in every room, the outdoor areas were fantastic, 7 sun loungers, BBQ, tables and chairs and also the lighting at night time is superb. The tv channels were great and the wifi was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to stay in and I will most definitely be back. Thank you Billy and Carlos for everything. May I also add, when we arrived Billy had a bottle of champagne cooking in the fridge for us. Such a lovely kind gesture which my sister (the bride) really appricated. Everything was easy from booking to the final day leaving, ye were both a pleasure to deal with. Simone

Surpast our expectations

I am not a big review writter but thought I owed this apartment the time it takes to right a review.

We booked the apartment a good 11 months before our arrival as I wanted specific things like good WIFi, various sunbathing areas, walking distance to good restaurants & although we did hire a car supermarkets within easy walking distance, also a good gym a pool wasn't a necessity for us but as the apartment has a indoor pool were the gym is the pool was a bonus. We stayed May school holidays & apart from the cleaner who was cleaning the pool area we never saw anybody else in the gym/pool.

When we arrived Carlos walked us through how everything worked & kindly suggested a few restaurants & answered other questions we had with great knowledge as although we have stayed in Portugal many times we had never visited Lagos.

The apartment has 3 good size bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, ensuite had large walk in shower main bathroom shower over jacuzzi bath the open plan living/dinning area was very nice plenty of sitting area and good TV with sky sports & all uk channels. The kitchen had everthing you would need if you wanted to use the cooking facilities.

Although there was air conditioning in every room we never needed to use it which I was shocked about but because 2 of the bedrooms, the kitchen & the living area all had doors which opened onto balconies we opened the doors & a lovely cool breeze blew through the rooms.

The balconies were fabulous lots of lovely sunbathing space, I have a slight fear of heights so we mainly used the balcony off the living room, because I looked out onto the villas opposite which were built into the hillside I never felt the height was a problem.

The roof top balcony had sunbeds & a table with chairs with a sail over the top to keep the sun off so no freestandng flapping umbrella the sail was a brilliant piece of furniture it also provided shade if you did choose to sunbathe on the roof top. The huge plants on the balconies were all very pretty & on a night the balconies had beautiful lighting.

There is a Lidl supermarket opposite the apartment which was very well stocked so if you don't have a car carrying water etc wouldn't be a problem, there is also a PingoDoce supermarket which was maybe 3 or 4 minutes walk from the apartment it had a very good fish, meat & deli counter.

Lagos has the Marina area which was about 15 mins walk away & also the old town maybe 20 mins both areas had good restaurants. 10/10 Thankyou Billy

Apartment was as presented. On main street so traffic noise present during hrs 7-19 when on one of the balconies. Barbecue is not gas and there seems to be few left over cooking items and other things for example needed to buy laundry soap and shampoo. 15min walk to middle of town and Lidl across the street was very convenient. First time in the Algarve and we enjoyed the warmth in mid May.

Fantastic apartment with wonderful roof terraces

Had a wonderful week staying in the apartment it had everything we needed and is just as good as it looks in the photos. Carlos was very helpful when we arrived showing us around and supermarket handy across the road. It was our first stay in Lagos and we loved it a good mix of old and new, it was beautiful with good restaurants and bars. I am sure we will return.

Faro airport is the closest to Lagos and is a 45 min drive along the motorway. There is also a train to Lagos.
