Very good for local public transport facilities as it is a short walk from the coastal road ( Highway 1) in Paynes Bay where there is a regular bus services to the south to Bridgetown and Oistins, or north to Holetown, Speightstown and other destinations.

Great value and great location!

I have been going to Barbados for many years and always stayed with family. This is the first time I have rented an apartment and it was great!

We were greeted by Jackie who showed us around, the apartment was very spacious (2 bed) and very clean. We even had a welcome package of bread butter and milk. The apartment is kitted out with cooking utensils and towels etc.

the thing that made the most impression on us was how accommodating the owner was. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on call. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

The apartments are located 5-7 mins walk from the local beach in Paynes Bay. There is access to numerous beach and water sports.

Travel:

Approx 10 miles from the airport. Car hire is not essential but can be easily arranged. Public transport is good. We are located 5 mins walk from the main coastal road to the west of the island (Highway 1) where numerous buses are available to Bridgetown and Oistins also to the airport to the south as well as to Holetown and Speightstown to the north.

Distances:

1 mile from Sandy Lane. 1½ mile from Holetown. 4-5 miles North of Bridgetown. 4 mins walk from Polo Ridge.

Further Details:

Easy access to local supermarket in Fitts Village 1 mile to the South or shopping centre a mile to the north which is in Holetown. Light provisions can be bought in small shop and or petrol station which is 5 mins walk away.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. Guest moving out of the premises would usually be expected to leave by 12.00 noon on the day of departure however a degree of flexibility will be given depending on the circumstances.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. During any period there is a 20% discount for the second and any subsequent weeks of that stay. For periods of over 3 weeks special additional discounts can be obtained.
