Villa Andrea is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa situated in the peaceful town of Villaverde with stunning sea and mountain views. The villa is elevated away from any main roads with quaint rural bars and 4 of the most reputable restaurants on the Island. Being only 15 minutes from the unspoilt lagoon beaches of El Cotillo and 10 minutes to the lively resort of Correlejo with its Water Park and miles of sand dunes. The villa is decorated to an exceptionally high standard and has every mod con to ensure it’s a home from home. The pool area is completely surrounded by large terraces, beautiful mature gardens and also its own bar and BBQ area. There are 4 more terraces around the house for your alfresco dining.

We lived in Fuerteventura for 3 years so have a great knowledge of the Island. We have owned the villa for 7 years and still visit at least twice a year with all the Family (3 grown up kids and 5 grandchildren). We ensured that the villa is a home from home so we are sure you won't need for anything.

Why ANDREA BAYLEY chose La Oliva

The area is so peaceful but within easy reach of the best beaches on the Island. We are also 10 mins from Corralejo should we need a noisier night out.

The villa is quiet, airy and large with a great view over the mountains and the sea from the top terraces.

The garden is like being in an oasis and took us 8 months to complete but was seriously worth it. Very private and discreet.

Notes on accommodation: Wi Fi in Villa Outside: The property is set in 1100m plot with mature landscaped gardens. The pool size is approx 9x8m in a grand piano shape. Sun loungers and separate dining area for 6 by the brick built BBQ. Shaded pool bar with fridge and electric should you wish to use the radio/CD player. Pool Area is naturist friendly. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, changed weekly or by specific request for a small fee payable locally. Other: Cot and highchair can be arranged at no extra cost.

Lovely villa in a great location

We had a very enjoyable stay. The villa is nice and spacious and modern with all you need, but at the same time has a nice rustic feel to it. Ian and Andrea were easy to communicate with and provided us with useful information prior to our stay. The restaurants are lovely in Villaverde, especially 'Mahoh' where the service, surroundings and food are great. The location we felt was perfect, having easy access to the main routes and resorts.

Beautifull rustik Villa with al you need

Ian is very easy to contact before and after. Even when i'm in The Netherlands.

The villa is beautifull with all you need.

Nice big terras/porch.

Lovely garden, nice pool (not heated).

The village is very verdent, less hot then sea level wich is a bonus.

Always windy but thats on the hole island. In summer a bonus but during March it was a little fresh every now and than and somethimes a little drop of little rain.

Thats why its the village is called Green Village / Villa Verde.

This village houses the best local restaurants of the island. Ask Ian. Lots of grill but also fresh seafood.

The nearest beaches are El Cotillo 15 mins or the dunes in Corralejo 10 mins. Both are perfect for the whole family. The south side of El Cotillo is well worth a visit to watch the surfers and kite boarders.


Fuerteventura airport is 30 mins away. Corralejo harbour for visits to Lanzarote is 15 mins.


The nearest large town is Corralejo, however the centre of Villaverde is 2 mins drive and has rural bars, restaurants, bakers and 2 supermarkets of which one has most of your requirements. Alternatively La Oliva is 2 mins drive having a Chinese and excellent Italian pizza takeaway.
