Parque da corcovada is conveniently situated a short 7min stroll form the famous 'strip’ with all its lively bars and restaurants. These privately owned apartments are ideal for families or couples looking for a touch of luxury and high standards. Both immaculately presented apartments have patio doors which open onto furnished south facing terraces and shared pools. The old town of albureira is a short 5min taxi ride. These fully air-conditioned apartments are lavishly furnished to an extremely high standard, UK TV English channels includes BBC, ITV, channel 4 & 5. 93 TV channels in total plus 36 Radio Stations, cd & dvd players, plus 42ins flat screen tvs. Free air con & Wifi in both apartments. For added privacy the apartments have video entry systems. Airport transfers & welcome packs can be provided on request. Our two apartments can sleep up to 10 people but if your party exceeds this other apartments in the same block are available through are local owners network, ask for details. We have been travelling to Portugal all our married life and developed close and long lasting friendships with locals within the Algarve area. Our properties our managed by one of these friends, a British couple Billy and Lorraine Hamilton who have been living and working in the Algarve for some years now and proved themselves invaluable when organising apartment maintenance plus airport transfers for our guests. We have also forged great relationships with local restaurateurs and can recommend lots of lovely places to eat, just ask when booking, we will be happy to provide you with literature on all local interests such as water parks, day trips and beaches.
We have been travelling to the Algarve for over 30 years and although we have visited other countries we always look forward to returning to Portugal.
We bought our 2 properties in 2006 a 1 and 2 bed apartment new and of plan, the reason we chose Parque da Corcovada and Albufeira was for its central location
within the Algarve plus the apartments are perfectly positioned in Albufeira and within easy walking distance to all amenities. Both our apartments are ground floor and were chosen for their ease of access, large south facing terraces with no small balconies. Both terraces are fully equipped with their own sun beds, loungers, parasols and patio table and chairs. They also have the added advantage of small well maintained gardens.
When staying at our properties you will benefit from a private complex with no club reps or distractions just luxurious accommodation in a quiet and well managed condominium. The complex has its own security, cool underground parking for those of you who hire cars and like somewhere safe and secure to keep it.
Both apartments are fully equipped with everything you will need for a safe and relaxing holiday. Sun beds plus loungers, parasols, beach/pool toys for small children, DVD player with a large collection of DVDs, there is also an on site DVD and games store available to guests (small deposit required when renting payable in store).
By far the most visited area in Alufeira is 'the strip' this street has lots of bars and restaurants, is only a 5 mins walk from our properties.
A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required when booking and full balance paid 6 weeks before arrival date. £200 Breakage deposit required (refundable). Payment by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque.

We have used both of Stephen and Barbara's apartments extensively over the past 6 years and they are both a credit to the fabulous owners. From booking, through arrival and during your stay Stephen 'goes the extra mile' to ensure the process is stress free and I honestly can not praise the owners enough.
The apartments are ideally situated, only 5 minutes from the strip but with plenty of quieter bars and restaurants nearby to offer great variety.
The apartments themselves are spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It is like walking into someone's home rather than a rental property.
Both owners and accommodation are simply 5 star and We hope to be enjoying Stephen and Barbara's unique hospitality for many years to come.

We have been coming to this particular apartment for 6 years in a row, that says it all!! The apartment is of 5 star quality, decorated modern and tasteful and well equipped with everything you need, a real home from home. They are well maintained, spotlessly clean and every year we return we notice something new that has been updated. The pool area and surrounding gardens are beautiful. The location is fantastic and there is so much to see and do for couples and families. We have many restraunts we return to each year such as Ricardos and Shalom in the old town. Customer service is excellent, from enquiring, booking and arriving to the apartments is stress free. The owners respond very quickly and arrange everything for you. I would highly recommend these apartments as we have stayed in many places but nothing has came close to being as perfect as this one.
Friends of our have stayed at this apartment before and rated it highly so we thought we would give it a go. The owners were very helpful during the booking process and delivered on all their promises. This apartment has everything we needed for our short stay, large terrace close to the fridge and all mod cons inside. There was a very useful guest booked with advise on where to eat and how to get there. We enjoyed our stay so much we have re-booked for next summer 2017.
We have stayed at this apartment for last six years, always in August. The apartment is always well presented and has all mod cons, a real home from home. The owners Stephen & Barbara take and great pride in their apartments, they're like old friends to us now although we have never met, face to face. We can't stay this year 2016 we were too late inquiring and found its already booked but we have reserved August dates for 2017, can't wait.
