Fantastic villa!
We loved our stay here, Mike was super helpful and we had a very relaxing week chilling by the pool and getting the BBQ out in the evening. The pizzeria in the village is great as well, 20 minute walk (up hill on the way there!) but definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

Peaceful with stunning views
Had a lovely relaxing time, our first visit to Itlay, breathtakingly beautiful area, friendly locals and lots of towns to visit. Casa Aurelio was very well stocked and we enjoyed using the pool and looking out at the views. Recommend a visit to Lake Fiastra and Ascoli Piceno. I'm sure we will all be back to Italy again.

We are an English couple from Kent who fell in love with Italy several years ago.

Why they chose this property

Following extensive research we visited Marche one weekend with a view to deciding if this was the area we would like to buy a holiday home in. We arrived in the dark in January, when we woke the following morning we opened the shutters and at once fell in love with the stunning scenery. These feelings were consolidated further as we explored the area, sampled the food and were welcomed by the locals. Time has stood still in Marche with its medieval villages old fashioned culture and total peace and quiet. Casa Aurelio was the fourth house we viewed and although it was little more than a pile of stones we warmed to it immediately knowing that this house on the hill with the stunning views was our perfect haven. We brought it that weekend.

What makes this property unique

Casa Aurelio stands proud with uninterrupted views of the countryside offering the tranquility and charm of an authentic country farmhouse. A total away from it all experience yet with the convenience of a village a short walk away and easy access to both the mountains and the sea. The sunrise is stunning and to stand on the terrace at night and see the brightest stars is absolutely magical.
