Apartment in Kato Paphos, Cyprus - Just off the Tomb of The Kings Road close to the Harbour / Marina and Bar street

1 bedroom, ground floor apartment, small complex of just 32 units. Quiet location just off the Tomb of the Kings Road, with a short walk to bars, restaurants, shops, marina, beaches and Paphos Old Town. Large communal pool. Fully air-conditioned and fully equipped with satelite TV/DVD and WIFI . On site shop open all day every day selling a vast array of goodies, ice cream, alcohol and food etc. Separate fully equipped kitchen with direct access onto the patio. We have fly screens fitted to the bathroom, bedroom and patio door to enable you to have a pleasant through draft without any flying insects getting into the apartment.

About the Owner

Hello we are John and Yvonne Shepherd and are the proud owners of our 1 bed apartment in Kato Paphos. They say every cloud has a silver lining? Yvonne came home from work and told me she was being made redundant after 23 years working for the Woolwich Building Society (they moved her office to India!) Bad news: this meant she got a nice redundancy package and with this money we put down a deposit on our apartment. We have been holidaying in Cyprus for many years and love the climate, the people, in fact everything about Cyprus and especially Paphos. We bought our apartment as a 2nd home and have furnished and kitted it out as though we were living there. When we have paid off the mortgage in the UK it is our intention to move out to Cyprus permanently, but not got there yet!

David Hill - Leicester. Beautiful complex, quiet and relaxing but close to all the main attractions. Equipped with good quality furnishings and spotlessly clean. Pool is great and only a few feet away. Have re booked for next year, recommended to all both young and old.

Mrs D Clare, airport pick up was brilliant, apartment well kitted out with everything you could need. Centrally located, indoor market and bakery at the end of the road. I would recommend eating at the Almond Tree, very good food, Mr Chicken just down the road is fantastic value and good quality food to eat in or take back to the apartment.

Quiet apartment near lively Pathos

Excellent location between old town and port where there is excellent choice of restaurants. Apartment is clean and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Facing the pool which is ideal for a cooling dip. Very quiet complex even though we stayed in July. Small supermarket literally on corner so we didn't have far to carry our shopping.

Perfect holiday location.

This is our second stay at this apartment and its even better with the addition of WiFi. A well equipped apartment with everything you will require and the swimming pool is great to. The people in the complex are a mix of locals, expats and holiday makers. All very friendly and welcoming. A great bass to explore Paphos or just relax and unwind.

From the Owner

We fell in love with our apartment for a number of reasons. Its a small private complex of just 33 units that all face onto the large L shaped communal pool. It has its own on site shop and as our apartment is ground floor its quick and easy to get to the shop or the pool. The design of the apartment was also a big factor as it has a separate kitchen which many apartments do not have. The location was also very important, its a residential area so its nice and quiet but as its only a very short stroll to the local bars, restaurants, bakery and shops its ideally located. or a short stroll to the harbour and bar street and all of the night life that Paphos has to offer.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : paphos at 5 Miles Nearest Beach : faros (lighthouse beach) at 1 Miles


a short walk walk to the beach and marina, 20 minutes drive to Coral Bay beach.There is a regular bus service every 10 minutes from the harbour to Coral Bay.


Paphos airport 15 minutes drive away. We can also arrange airport collection and return by an English speaking local taxi company using fully insured and registered drivers.

There is a bus stop right outside of the complex should you want to travel by bus to Paphos old town and market, or down to the harbour and marina. you can buy a 1 week bus pass for just €15 with unlimited travel.


short walk to local bars and restaurants, with a further 10 minutes walk to either Paphos old town, or Kato Paphos centre with the famous "Bar Street" leading onto the marina/ harbour

Further Details:

On site shop selling most needed items, short walk to town centre. Plenty of local shops including supermarkets (4 of them) bakery etc. The new Kings Mall opened in 2014 with a great selection of shops and restaurants and coffee shops is a short distance from the apartment.

From the Owner

As our apartment is centrally located its an ideal base for exploring on foot, and the bus stop is just across the road or you can hire a car from one of the many local company`s and there is a taxi rank just along our road. We have kitted out the apartment as our home and not as a rental property. You will find everything that you need in the apartment, from hairdryer, ironing board, Satelite TV, DVD, CD player and radio , i-pod docking station and WIFI. The kitchen has a washing machine and a full complement of pots and pans etc, a microwave, fridge/freezer. So if you wish to make a snack or a full Sunday roast everything is there for you. There are a number of books and music/films DVD/CD for you to use. We want you to feel home from home. We have had a number of repeat visitors who love the apartment.
