Apartments in Corralejo, Fuerteventura - 50m To Water Park, 800m To Town Centre And Beach

We offer a unique opportunity to stay in a quiet complex for that peaceful 'get away from it all' holiday. It offers generously sized 1 bed apartments sleeping max 4 person, which are set in beautiful sub tropical gardens. There are 2 very large swimming pools, plus a children’s pool. 2 of the apartments are situated adjacent to each other with beautiful views across the pools. Immediately outside the apartments there are a number of shops including a bakery with fresh bread baked all day as well as a number of bars eating places and a taxi rank. Only 50m away is the only water park in Fuerty and Baku family park. The truly stunning out of town white sand Oliva/Flag Beach stretch for 7km backed by the sand dunes National Park is 10 min stroll to start. No car needed, main street in Correlejo with lots of shops and bars and eateries easily walk able with young children. No extra charge for 3/4 person.

Bedroom: twin beds with bedside tables and lamps, dressing table/mirror, coffee table and fitted wardrobes with lots of hangers. One lockable cupboard for your valuables. Electric fan.

Bathroom: large family bathroom, fully tiled with bath, shower, mirror, toilet and washbasin, washing machine, hair dryer.

Kitchen:modern fitted kitchen with hob,kettle, half and half fridge/freezer plus a small fridge, microwave and toaster. Plates/cutlery/cups etc for 4 included.

Living room: 22" TV with Spanish freeview and English Disney channel. DVD player, 2 large sofas one of which converts to a double bed, coffee table, dining table/chairs with patio doors leading out to poolside sun terrace with patio furniture. This terrace is adjacent to 30.

Other: Iron and ironing board. There is an additional sun terrace to the side of the apartment. 2 sunbeds and patio furniture 4 chairs and table per apartment

Apartment was fab - very nicely done out, great space and some great amenities make the stay really enjoyable, comfy one! Explored the Lava Caves, definite highlight for us and great value! Also that throughout you were very thorough, helpful, quick to respond and a pleasure to liaise with!

Immaculately maintained complex.

My wife & I had a lovely stay at Karens apartment in Oasis Tamarindo. It's an immaculately maintained complex in Correlejo. There are two large swimming pools & a children's paddling pool. It's planted with banana & palm trees giving it a truly oasis feel. Just outside the complex there is a choice of bakers & small British supermarket & a British run bar, Tiffany's, which does British Sunday lunches. There is also a cafe, Secreto, which serves an excellent selection of ice cream, coffee, cakes & sandwiches. Across the road there is a Belgian beer bar. It's a few minutes walk into town where there is a large selection of restaurants from traditional Spanish Tapas to Indian & Chinese. Many British & Irish bars show premier league football. If you want a more up market restaurant, Carrelejo has a large choice of those too. The largest water park on the island is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Karen was very helpful with local information bout transfers car hire etc. the directions from the airport were easy to follow. The apartment had everything we needed for a very pleasant holiday.

Excellent holiday accommodation - as usual

This was our 8th return visit to either apartment. The apartments are very well laid out and equipped for a perfect stay. Both apartments are next to what must be one of the biggest walk in swimming pools in Correlajo with another children's pool nearby. The gated complex is always quiet with lovely well maintained grounds and gardens. We have stayed at quite a few apartment complexes over the years and this is by far the best in terms of quality and value for money. Outside the complex there are a small number of shops including a bakers for morning bread, coffee and cakes, a couple of bars and shops. Corralejo with its wide range of restaurants and shops is a 15 min stroll down the hill and many of the restaurants have music in the evening.

lovely complex

The apartment itself has everything you need and is very clean and tidy with a nice view of the pool from the patio, complex in quite area and has a few cafe/bars/pizza takeaway near by

Great location, facilities

We stayed in this lovely 1 be ground floor apartment over-looking the main pool, myself, my husband and our 18 year old daughter. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has everything you need. The complex and pools are fantastic and it was very quiet (no loud noise from neighbours or surrounding areas).

The only small comment we have to make is that the 2 beds in the bedroom are rather hard and we actually slept on the beds in the lounge and our daughter (who is younger) slept in the bedroom.

Saying that, we will be back !!

We visited the Zoo, fed the giraffes and elephants and swam with the sea lions (swimming with the sea lions did incur an extra charge).

The best watering hole by far is Clarkies just outside the complex. Ian, Christine, Tommy and Paul were very welcoming and we had a great time and will miss them all.

There are lots of shops and restaurants in the main town about 10 minute walk away and the meals were all very reasonably priced and we didn't have a bad experience the whole trip.

Tiffany's Café just next door is very good for cooked breakfasts and their roast dinners on sundays were lovely.

There is a very small supermarket just outside the coimplex (The Brit Store) and this has all of the things you miss from home (salad cream, baked beans, etc..).

perfect holiday

We stayed in Karens apartment for 3 weeks & found everything as described.The apartment was beautiful,& so well equipped with everything that we needed.All was very clean & well looked after.We had no problems at all.The pool areas were very clean & quiet.2 minutes walk to a bakery and the nearest bar.The nearest supermarket was only 10 minutes walk away.The old town and the harbour 20-25 minutes walk.Bus services frequent and taxis plentiful.No need to rent a car.The apartment and complex suited us perfectly and we had a wonderful time.Thanks.

Great Place

I can thoroughly recommend the apartment as an ideal place to stay. it is a convenient walk to to the El Camapanario Centre for a meal or a drink or should you wish to venture into the Town centre it is still close enough to walk. Nearby is an excellent bakers for coffee and cake or kite shop for the more active. The apartment itself has everything you need and is very clean and tidy with a nice view of the pool from the patio, perfect with a beer in hand.Karen herself was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries i had. Hopefully will be returning in May.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

10 mins walk will take you to the picturesque Dunas de Corralejo Sand Dunes and Flag Beach, a popular water sports beach in Corralejo, offering windsurfing, kite surfing, surfing, diving, snorkeling, boating, sailing and more. Located 15 mins drive the fishing village of Cotillo boasts not only superb seafood restaurants but also some of the prettiest beaches. To the left of the village you will find the magnificent surfers beach and to the right an endless stretch of beautiful lagoons and coves.


The apartments are situated approximately 800m from the town beach which is a nice quiet beach with beach bars and shops nearby. The beach is quiet and peaceful and safe for children.

Approximately 1km from the apartments is stunning out of town Flag/Oliva beach - this white sand beach stretches for 7km and is backed by the sand dunes national park. This beach is ideal for families but also benefits from being ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing and other watersports.


BA -(from Dec 14 Gtw), Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Norweign airlines Thomas Cook, Thomson and Palmair have competitive flight deals to the island.

Corralejo is approx 30 mins drive from the airport by taxi/car both are available at the airport.

Taxi costs approx 45 Euro’s one way.

Car hire can be collect at the airport and returned to Correlejo or airport. There is a bus that drop you at the apartment gates. approx 7-8GBP one way per person.


800m to Corralejo town & beach with a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants which lead right down through the music square and on to the harbour which looks across the other side of town & the sand dunes. 50m to the Baku family and water park (Market held there on Mondays and Fridays). Approximately 1km to flag beach and onto the sand dunes. There is a Canarian style shopping centre, "El Campanario" just 5-10min slow walk with musical performances & Sunday market.

Corralejo is situated on the northern tip of Fuerteventura and is the biggest and most lively resort in Fuerteventura. Once a fishing village, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries and has plenty to offer young and old alike. With year round sunshine it is a mecca for sunbathers and has perfect conditions for many watersports including windsurfing and kite surfing. Corralejo has a wide range of beaches but the holiday isn't complete without spending a few days on the spectacular flag beach which stretches for 7km of white sand backed by sand dunes straight from the Sahara. This beach like others in Corralejo is gently shelving and family friendly.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartments are only 7 years old (painted May 2015) and are well maintained and extensively well equipped. They are considerably larger than many of the apartments found in similar complexes in Corralejo (50sqm). Children welcome cot and high chair available free of charge, suitable for elderly or infirm, pets not allowed. No car need. Outside: The apartments are situated in beautiful sub tropical gardens which are extremely well maintained and are amongst the most beautiful of any complex on the island. There are 3 shared saltwater swimming pools, 2 of which are very large, and a small children's pool . As well as the private balconies at each apartment with 2 sun beds 4 chairs and table, there is also extensive sun terracing by the pools with umbrellas and sunbeds. Just outside the complex there are a number of bars and eating places as well as other shops including a patisserie/ bakery where fresh baked bread and pastries are available all day long. It is 10 minutes stroll to the main high street and also to the recently opened Campanello shopping centre with its bell tower and extensive choice of shops and coffee bars. The complex is close enough to the centre to stroll in yet far enough away to remain quiet and peaceful. There is a taxi rank and bus stop outside the apartment gates.
