120 Aloha Gardens is a lovely townhouse set in an exclusive family friendly complex in the heart of Nueva Andalucia. The complex in the style of an Andalucian Village, is set in superb sub-tropical gardens and has spectacular views of Golf fairways and mountains. The location is ideal, just 1.8km from Puerto Banus and its beaches and 6km from Marbella. The complex offers: superb main swimming pool, children's pool, covered pool with jacuzzi, heated from Oct to April, sub-tropical gardens, tennis court and 2 paddle tennis courts - payable locally, sauna and jacuzzi, 24 hour security, underground secure parking and on-site bar and restaurants. The complex is also close to 4 excellent golf courses for golf enthusiasts. The air conditioned apartment is set over 3 floors with marble floors throughout, a large roof terrace, a 1st floor balcony and ground floor garden and patio area. Wifi available on request at a small additional daily cost, payable at reception.

About Emma sharratt

I live in Hampshire, England with my husband and three children, James, Tilly and Lucy. We bought our Spanish apartment back in 2002 when James was a baby and have been having fantastic holidays there ever since. We have made some great friends on the complex and James and Tilly and Lucy cant wait to go back to Spain to meet up with their friends and spend their days in the pool and out to dinner at their favourite restaurant Yanx (something to do with the cookie and ice-cream desert !).

Why Emma sharratt chose Nueva Andalucía

After the birth of our son in 2001, and the realisation of how much baggage you need to take away with you when you have a small child, we decided it would be great to have our own holiday home to go to. We were looking for somewhere which was child friendly but was also somewhere we would want to go as a couple as well, with great facilities, but also close to great restaurants and beaches. Having visited Nueva Andalucia previously we thought it would be the perfect area for us and upon entering the Aloha Gardens complex, even before viewing our property, we knew it was the one for us. The complex has three great pools, beautifully maintained grounds, and is in a great location and as far as we are concerned, is a wonderful place for any holidaymaker.

What makes this house unique

Unlike some of the newer developments, the Aloha Gardens complex has very mature and extremely well maintained gardens. It has three wonderful pools, one of which is heated in the winter months. The complex has an extremely welcoming feel to it and is totally secure with 24 hour security and access control. The Aloha Gardens complex is ideally located within a short walk of a supermarket and a great selection of restaurants. Our property is managed by a company who are based at the reception complex, so are ideally located to help you with any queries you may have, and to provide you with any information you may need on the local area. The complex has tennis courts which can be booked at reception and a childrens summer club in the summer peak season. Short drive to great sandy beaches.

Notes on accommodation: Hot and cold air-conditioning. Short walk to a supermarket, coffee shops, deli and a great range of restaurants. The resort is ideal for individuals, couples, families and professional groups alike, but not suitable for large groups looking to party at the complex. If you are looking for adventure or tranquility in stunning surroundings, then this resort really has to be seen to be believed. We have friends with apartments in same complex if holidaying with friends but require more than one property. Wifi at property, along with several UK TV channels including Ceebeebies and CBBC, Outside: The luxurious Aloha Gardens complex hosts award winning sub-tropical gardens and an abundance of fountains and waterfalls. There are three shared pools, one of which is heated from October to April. The apartment has its own small patio and garden area which contains garden furniture and is approximately 20 metres away from a choice of two pools. The property has a first floor bedroom balcony, along with a second floor roof terrace. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen included and towels in bathroom. Beach towels not included

Fantastic family holiday!

We have just returned from an amazing week at Aloha Gardens.

I would highly recommend staying here, we have 4 boys between the age of 5-15years and it was perfect for all of them.

The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything you needed.

A great selection of restaurants and bars on the complex and only 10 mins away from Puerto Banus or 15 mins from Marbella.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Emma for being so helpful and accommodating. We really hope to return next year.

Fantastic appartment!

We have just returned from a great week in Emma's Alhoa town house. I have to say that before booking I must have emailed Emma 100 times with various questions and nothing was too much bother for her in replying in detail to me. I found Emma to be very friendly and she certainly put my mind at ease, especially as it was my first time booking direct. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival, giving us a map for directions to our apartment. I have to say that if you are walking from the reception to the apartment, there are a lot of stairs to get up to the area where the apartment is, but if you have a car to park in the carpark, there is a small lift which takes you directly to outside your room. The apartment was immaculate with all the modern facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine, there was an outside terrace on the ground floor with a table and chairs that we sat out on eating a couple of evenings, and a balcony on the main bedroom, as well as a roof terrace. Unfortunately due to the positioning of the apartment, there was minimum sun on the balconies and terrace. The children loved the swimming pool although the water was freezing as it was out of season, they didn't care and used it every day. It was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers around to be used. There was no inside pool when we went as its actually an outside one that they pull a cover over, although it was still uncovered and freezing too- not heated as mentioned somewhere, but this did not affect the enjoyment of our holiday as the children loved it regardless. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and we walked down to Puerto Banus which took approx 30 mins (with 3 children) then we returned in a taxi costing 7euros. There were two supermarkets close by, selling most of the things you would need although we did go to a larger supermarket which took about 10 minutes to get to walking. All in all I would definitely recommend Emma and her gorgeous town house, the location was great, the staff very friendly and there's a taxi rank just outside to go exploring! Also when you book, Emma sends you a document with lots of useful information about the area, things to do and places to go which I found extremely helpful referring to it many times during our week. Thank you Emma!

Lovely spacious apartment in an ideal location

We arrived in April and had glorious weather. The apartment was spacious ,clean and very comfortable .The owner Emma Sharratt was extremely helpful and accommodating. Aloha Gardens is ideally situated for exploring the area and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool areas were lovely and well maintained

Highly recommend

A beautiful appartment and complex. The appartment provides everything you could possibly need. Immaculately clean as was the gardens. Various restaurants pretty much on the doorstep, anything from Italian to Indian and many in between. We ate out most nights and I have to say our favourite was Tuk Tuk restaurant.

Staff at the complex were very friendly and accommodating.

We spent a day at Puerto Banus and took a Catamaran trip to Marbella and back, which we would highly recommend.

We also spent a day at the beach, although this was a bit pricey, as a family with small children we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Overall I can highly recommend Aloha Gardens, and we hope to return next year.

Great accommodation, good area.

The property was clean and tidy with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Two good size bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge and dining area. Roof top terrace. Pool just outside the garden area.

Local Cafes & restaurants 1 min walk from apartment. Nice just to relax for the day if you don't want to venture to far.

The Puerto Banus only 5-8 euros in a taxi.

Situated just 1.8km from the property, Puerto Banus is one of the most glamorous holiday destinations in Europe. As you wander along the waterfront you will be greeted by a wide array of the coolest bars and nightclubs, restaurants and designer shops. You can even hire luxury double sun loungers. San Pedro is approximately 1 mile from Puerto Banus heading towards Estepona. Its superb beaches are suitable for families as well as offering very good beach bar restaurants, and a lovely promenade.


Nearest airport is Malaga.


Puerto Banus 1.8km from property, and is one of the most glamorous holiday destinations in Europe.

Benahavis is a small town 4 miles into the hills and very popular for a stroll and to have dinner with a more Spanish Pueblo Blanco feel.

San Pedro is approximately 1 mile from Puerto Banus heading towards Estepona, and offer superb beaches as well as great beachside restaurants.

Further Details:

A superb row of restaurants is within a few minutes walk of the property, including French and Scandinavian cuisine. A choice of bars, coffee shops, a supermarket, a deli, are also only a short walk away.

There are many days out opportunities in the region, catering for a range of different tastes. Far too many to list them all, but they include; The Selwo Zoo half an hour away; The Hippodromo race track; Tivoli World (fair ground type park) and Sea World in Benalmadena. Gibraltar takes less than an hour and a longer drive can take you to The Alhambra in Granada (the most popular tourist destination in Southern Spain). Booking Notes:
A deposit of £100 must be paid at the time of booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival date. You will be asked to pay a refundable damages deposit or to provide credit card details when you check-in at the resort, along with a refundable cash deposit for the car park entry key. Due to the high cost of electricity, there is a daily electricity surcharge of £7, at certain times of the year, to go towards these costs. Wifi can be hired on request.

Changeover Day:
Normal changeover day is Sunday but may be flexible in certain circumstances, particularly out of peak season. Normal check-in time is 4pm, but again it may be possible to be flexible if guest are not leaving that same day.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds and give a general indication of the weekly rates based on a Saturday changeover.

A non refundable deposit of 200 pounds is payable at the time of booking. The balance is then payable by either bank transfer or cheque, 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay.
