This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located directly in front of the beach with stunning views over the bay towards the Island of Dragonera. A short stroll away are wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. An ideal location for a peaceful break for two or for the whole family. The apartment has it's own private terrace and there is a communal terrace with swimming pool. A private parking space is also included.

I looked at many properties all over the Island. As soon as I saw this apartment in Sant Elm I knew it was the one for me. Sant Elm is an unspoilt, small fishing village, away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, over-developed resorts.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is opposite the beach and has a large, spacious terrace with sunloungers and a dining table and chairs. The shops, bars and restaurants are a short stroll away. If you don't want to hire a car you don't have to, everything is here for you.

Good choice

We booked this flat for my daughter and family as we were staying nearby. It turned out to be a good choice. Clean and comfortable with the added benefit of wi-fi and TV programmes in English - a boon for the children at the end of a busy day. Simon was friendly and was keen to help if we had any problems. In fact the only problem we had was with drainage of the shower in one of the bathrooms -yes, there were two, but we didn't actually get in touch about that as the family could manage with just the one. I'm sure he would have dealt with it if asked. Altogether a very successful stay in an excellent spot adjacent to the beach and a little supermarket, with some very good restaurants close by.

I looked at many properties all over the Island. As soon as I saw this apartment in Sant Elm I knew it was the one for me. Sant Elm is an unspoilt, small fishing village, away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, over-developed resorts.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Palma at 25 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Opposite

Special interest holidays:

Walking - Sant Elm is the starting point for many magnificent walks with breath taking views along the way.

Cycling - during the winter months the local area is home to hundreds to cyclists who make their way through the mountains, visiting each town along the way.

Painting - Due to the beautiful, natural scenery Mallorca provides, many artists escape to the island for a few weeks to create stunning works of art.

Boating - there are several sea schools close by where you can complete your ICC in two days or a yachtmasters course in seven days.

Diving - Sant Elm has a diving school which offers numerous diving courses.

Golf - the perfect location for it. Beautifully created and maintained courses with stunning views.

Coast/Beach:

Sandy beach opposite the apartment with sun beds, parasols, pedalos, toilets, showers and a childrens play area.

Travel:

Palma international airport, with daily flights from around the world, is a 30-40 minute drive.

Palma international port, with ferries to and from all the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain and cruise ships, is a 30 minute drive.

Distances:

Sant Elm is on your doorstep with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, tourist information.

S'Arraco is a five minute drive with a couple of good restaurants.

Andratx town is a 10 minute drive with many shops and a wonderful weekly market.

Port Andratx is a 15 minute drive with stunning restaurants, bars and shops.

The city of Palma is a 30 minute drive and has everything that you would expect a great city to have.
