A short stroll away are wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. An ideal location for a peaceful break for two or for the whole family. The apartment has it's own private terrace and there is a communal terrace with swimming pool. A private parking space is also included.

I looked at many properties all over the Island. As soon as I saw this apartment in Sant Elm I knew it was the one for me. Sant Elm is an unspoilt, small fishing village, away from the hustle and bustle of the larger, over-developed resorts.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is opposite the beach and has a large, spacious terrace with sunloungers and a dining table and chairs. The shops, bars and restaurants are a short stroll away. If you don't want to hire a car you don't have to, everything is here for you.

Good choice

We booked this flat for my daughter and family as we were staying nearby. It turned out to be a good choice. Clean and comfortable with the added benefit of wi-fi and TV programmes in English - a boon for the children at the end of a busy day. Simon was friendly and was keen to help if we had any problems. In fact the only problem we had was with drainage of the shower in one of the bathrooms -yes, there were two, but we didn't actually get in touch about that as the family could manage with just the one. I'm sure he would have dealt with it if asked. Altogether a very successful stay in an excellent spot adjacent to the beach and a little supermarket, with some very good restaurants close by.
